Today I ordered chicken noodle soup and broccoli and cheddar soup with kneaders sauce for the baguettes on the phone for pickup 30 minutes before arriving.
I went to the establishment, texted the number to get the order and waited for 20 minutes. I then went inside and said that I was waiting for 20 minutes for someone to bring the order out and the person at the register said that they were "busy" and extended their arm to the dining room. I told them that I understood and that this is my first time using their curbside pickup so I didn't know how long it usually took.
I went home and found out that they gave me two broccoli and cheddar soup with no kneaders sauce even though it was right there on the receipt. The baguettes were super hard and dry. My gf was okay with the soup, but I'm not a fan of it at all. I was having a stomach ache and just wanted chicken noodle soup to ease it.
This is the 2nd time that they got our order wrong. Last time it was an online order, this time it's an over the phone order. I usually don't complain but both times in a row you get the order wrong and this time staff is rude, that's not okay.
Update 8/6/21 Emailed Kneaders as they wanted and was told a manager would contact me ASAP (this was on Aug 3rd. I still havnt got a call from them after 3 days so I guess ASAP is a week later?
Update 8/13/21 Still...
Read moreHorrendous service! POS System a joke! I came into the restaurant to order a breakfast sandwich and nothing else. After 22 minutes of waiting I went up and attempted to ask for the status of my order. I was told by the lady at the counter that I’d have to wait until she finished serving everybody that was in line before she’d check on my order. I waited around another five minutes at the counter And finally somebody walked up to me and asked what’s your name. At that point he went and checked on my order and came back and said that they forgotten my order and that they would need to get some sausage out in order to complete my order so I waited another 12 minutes. So after horrible experience no apologies and what’s even more interesting to me is the fact that the point-of-sale system in this restaurant only give you three options 15, 20 or 25% tip. How can I provide a tip before the service is provided and why would I tip for an order I am getting to go and in this case an order I never would have received if I hadn’t waited forever and finally escalated. This is a restaurant that cares about your money and nothing else. I would encourage you to go elsewhere if you are reading...

Generally the vibe of the place is calm and laid back, so it being slow seems almost in keeping with the atmosphere, but I've found myself a bit frustrated with wait times on a few occasions when I just needed a quick lunch. Additionally, I ordered lunch for people at my work two hours ahead of time recently, and specified the time I would pick up my order. When I arrived, they hadn't even begun my order, and I had to wait while they scrambled to fill it, which made me late to the meeting I had ordered the food for. They gave me an extra cookie (cookies are also bomb-diggity) and were apologetic, but it was still a big bummer, and I realized they'd forgotten a drink only after I'd gotten back to work. So if you're looking for a lazy brunch on a Saturday or a nice leisurely lunch or dinner, this is a cozy place where the food is pretty tasty, but not great for speedy...
