Enough is Enough ā Let Us Shop in Peace
Sprouts used to be my sanctuary ā a quiet, conscious place to pick up fresh food and feel good doing it. But my most recent visit was the complete opposite.
In the span of 30 minutes, I was asked five times about signing up for the rewards program before I even reached checkout. Then, I was asked again at checkout, and once more by the employees standing near the door as I left. Thatās seven times in one visit ā all for a program Iād already politely declined, repeatedly.
What should have been a peaceful grocery run turned into an exhausting gauntlet of pressure. And I know Iām not alone ā you can see it on the faces of other shoppers, the forced smiles, the subtle sighs, everyone just trying to get through it without being cornered again.
This isnāt about a loyalty card ā itās about respecting your customers. Itās about boundaries, trust, and allowing people to simply shop without being pestered or guilt-tripped into handing over their personal information for a few points or spam emails.
Sprouts, youāve always stood for natural, mindful living. But this relentless, big-box style upselling doesnāt match the values you claim to represent. Itās starting to feel corporate and soulless ā and frankly, itās driving people away.
Iām leaving this review not just for myself, but for every shopper whoās quietly thought: āWhy do I feel so drained just buying groceries?ā
Weāre tired of being pressured. Weāre tired of feeling like walking data points. We just want to shop in peace.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreAcross all locations that Iāve been to here at sprouts somethings not right. The customer service aspects has really gone down from those who are delivering packages to cars are or items to cars who are yelling at you because you parked in the wrong spot all the way to those who are actually working in the deli that donāt wash their hands. Nobody knows the fact that youāre supposed to wash your hands dry them appropriately then put on the plastic gloves instead, people are just putting on gloves, touching the gloves that they never washed their hands and then proceeded to fix peopleās food. Period. This is when I walk away and I changed my mind and I donāt even want to eat there anymore. No one can seem to answer any questions. The bad thing of $.10 no matter the fact itās not $.10 is the fact that you charge for your bags and no other store in the city does that not even Whole Foods you have no rewards program or incentives to make people want to actually be there an ego here you are having so much GMO food and insecticide raised food pesticidal raised food fertilizer raised food in the store that you can barely even the organic stuff. I donāt even trust. Can you change so much about the sandwich list most of the people that I told about going there I donāt even wanna go there and they donāt even wanna go there anymoreso the culture is gone down. The quality has gone down, especially for the damn price or charging and on top of that, the service has been...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNearly a brand new store so it's still pretty clean and well stocked. I came in for some supplements and to browse the meat section. They had lots of staff on the floor, but nobody was overly Friendly or eager to help. Unfortunately the ventilation layout pulls the fish smell right to the front of the store. The only area that didn't smell like a seafood restaurant was the back corner of the supplements section. For me personally that's a big deal. They have a good amount of seafood if you are into that. But they meat section was pretty sparse. The few pre-packed/pre-seasoned items I found seemed a bit overpriced for the amount in the pack so I opted out. The produce section just didn't look appetizing either. I hoped with the store being pretty new it would be better than this, but I honestly preferred this location when it was on Southern and Higley. Let's hope this is just growing pains and it will...
