So I was ordering my dinner on the way home from work, turns out there are two of these on the same street name but in different parts of town. Unfortunately I ordered from the incorrect one. I walked in to pick up my order and of course they were unable to locate it The manager on duty graciously remade my order at no charge to me, they contacted the other store let them know I wouldn't be picking it up. The customer service was amazing I was very very pleased. I am a semi-regular at this location and have since tagged it as my favorite in my app to avoid this in the future. I normally test a new a Thai place on their pad Thai and at medium heat, the most American Thai dish they sell. I tried to give their drunken noodles a chance as a first shot, and I was deeply unimpressed. The heat was good but everything in the bowl was just the same flavor, from the meat the the carrots, the bamboo, everything, but that wasn't the worst part. Every single bite had about 10 jalapeño or bell pepper seeds in it. In all the traditional Thai I have had they stripped the seeds, I get this isn't really traditional, but can the cooks take those 2 seconds per plate to get out most of the seeds? Our meal really hit the spot! Healthy, fresh, custom made for each customer, & spot on with the taste. We had the basil fried rice with chicken which was well made & not too greasy or salty. Plenty of chicken. We also had the yellow curry with chicken which also had generous portions of chunky ingredients - chicken, potatoes, carrots, bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes. Quite generous servings, enough to take some home for a snack, & the price is right! They have two kiosks for ordering, but employees were helpful with ordering when we needed help.
