We paid $21/ticket for Lux Level on a Saturday night. You present your tickets and get ID’d on the main level in front of a set of stairs, and then head up where you go through the same process. Not a big deal. There was a bar and we were told that we could order concession items there and they would deliver it, or we could download the app and order food to have it delivered to us in our seats which is super convenient. There used to be an option to hit a button from your seat but we were told that system is no longer working. Had a little trouble connecting to the Foxboro theater through the app for whatever reason, but we were eventually able to order. Not a huge deal for us but if you don’t have the app or aren’t tech savvy you may want to order from the main level before heading upstairs. They were sold out of several items but again not a big deal. Couple of cons for us were for the amount of money you’re paying, it would be nice to have access to a clean bathroom. There appeared to be a lot of staff around, and it didn’t seem to be overly crowded with guests, but yet the bathroom was completely disgusting. The floors in the theater are carpeted and they were plush full of drinks and stickiness, it was pretty gross, with every step you could feel and hear the carpet trying to come with you. When we got into the theater the seats were leather and spacious. You can recline back but the legs didn’t go up, that wasn’t the most comfortable. I thought there was adequate room in front of me but some people may struggle. I say this because the guys behind us were kicking the backs of our chairs until we had to politely let them know and they stopped. While this theater is closer to my home, I’d advise against it and would recommend the Attleboro location instead. Their seats are comfortable, and while I don’t go all the time, each time I’ve been there I’ve had a pretty great experience.

This review is for the Lux level: Checking in for the movie was interesting; the attendant working the ticket checker podium was unfamiliar with the facility’s operations (e.g., unaware if we were allowed to utilize the elevator to go up with someone in our party having a medically necessary condition). Identification was requested on four (4) separate occasions by personnel (i.e., twice by ticket checkers, to order food & drinks, and to receive paid for drinks) v. having a better system in place (e.g, wristbands or stamps). Theater was fairly lit/lights were partially dimmed during the entirety of the movie? Why? Temperatures were 50s-maybe low 60s outside and inside the theater it was freezing due to the AC blasting. Seats! The seats only partially recline. That’s it. No footrests. They were okay. Food is extremely overpriced for the quality and quantity received. Decent flavor, but a bento box sampler for $24 with only a few tiny pieces of food and an over abundance of decorative arugula? Better get food before or after your movie! Lessons learned!!!

Showcase Cinema de Lux at Patriot Place was such a great experience. We were the only customers at the bar. Lindsay was our bartender/server and she made some great suggestions. We had a coupla beers and some burgers. The Showcase burger is delicious. I was a bit leery about BBQ and ranch sauces mixed but it was delicious. I asked for buffalo sauce on the side. Seats were great, food was great and the movie wasn't bad. I only wished that the seats had the a button to raise your feet when the seat reclined.

Wow this place was not what I expected it to be especially for the money you pay for it. First we got there early and went to the upstairs bar to order food. We waited 45 mins for appitizers I was thinking damn I'm glad we got there as early as we did. It took many minutes to get a bartenders attention and most of the time they were just standing there but not looking our way even if we tried to wave them down. Had to wait 10 mins to pay that bill for overpriced dry food. - being a movie theater that is expected . Then we went into the movie only to find the seats went back but no foot rest 😱 What you pay 25+ for the tickets you would pay half this at many other theater w comfortable seating and they would serve u food also. Then we ordered one soda, one beer and two popcorns( should be simple). Well we get the soda about 25 mins later then another 15 mins went by and the beer came still no popcorn waited about 20 more mins and the popcorn came and I needed more soda only to wait another 10 mins for a free refill meanwhile we are now well into the movie. And I'm attempting to get comfortable in the seats should have just bought the cheaper seats !! When the movie finished we still didn't have our bill waited about 5 mins through the credits never saw our server. Went out by the bar had to flG her down to pay the bill ( seriously u know the movies ending ). I should have at least had the tab . Finally at this point I'm so disappointed in this place !! For what u pay this is NOT worth it and I was expecting to pay being the movies. However you would think if they are going to charge what they do the service should have been on point or they are in need of a better system. AND SERIOUSLY I can get a more comfortable seating at an AMC and they have dining also that I have never had any of these issues. Extremly disappointed i figured if we were paying more this should be a great experience and honestly dont wven want to give them the one star. This place needs a serious reorganization of thier process !!! Oh an by the way the movie was not even full or close...

Calling all avid moviegoers, this is THE only place to watch the latest hit movies (well, unless you want to go to the Drive-In) in luxury & style. I am specifically speaking to the Lux Level movie experience which costs a bit over $20 per ticket (which includes a $5 food & drink voucher per ticket to use in the theater) but in my eyes, well worth the price of admission. Once you purchase your tickets either online (you are able to reserve the exact seats that you want in the theater) or can purchase them there where you'll choose the seats at this time (I highly recommend purchasing online to 1.) avoid the crowds and 2.) to ensure you get the best seats available) you are greeted by a person verifying ID's and tickets purchased as this is a 21+ area. You walk up some nicely carpeted stairs and are then greeted at the top by two ushers if you will, taking your tickets, letting you know which # theater you will enter and if you've ever been there before, if not, they'll tell you about the Lux Level experience, a very nice touch. You are able to grab a few seats at the bar or if you prefer, a leather seated booth, where you can order any drink you can think of or anything off their delicious lunch, dinner, and dessert menu, did i mention, there are about 30 TV's in the area all showing the latest Sox, Celtics, Bruins, or Patriots games. Once in the theater, you are helped to your cushy leather reclining chairs that have a button on them, if you press it, you'll have a waiter/waitress at your service to order whatever you please (all with illuminated menu's to order from), the food/drinks are prepared, and you are served quickly, quietly, and discretely, so as not to disturb everyone else during the movie. You are also given free popcorn with your ticket and don't forget to use the $5 voucher. The best part is that the screen is at an optimal level for your viewing experience and you have plenty of space to move around and stretch out, providing the most comfortable, enjoyable movie-going...

Place looked neat and conveniently located. I have been to Patriots place so many times but never to watch a movie at Showcase as I usually go to the one in Randolph. I decided to try it for the first time as the show time was slightly more convenient than the show at Randolph. I bought tickets for the 7:50 PM show and knowing that first 15 mins will be just trailers for coming movies, I reached around 8:05 PM and found the doors closed. I was really confused as I could see the staff working inside and Google doesn't have exact timings but says the place is open. So I thought maybe there's some other entrance open at night. I checked the doors on other side, went upstairs and when I found nothing I decided to call them. After dealing with those confusing IVR options I was finally connected to the staff at that theater and they told me they usually close around 7:50 PM which is super weird because then they should not sell tickets for a 7:50 PM show. She said she can make an exception for one time and can send someone to open the door. After waiting for 5 more mins someone came and opened the door but I realized I left my wallet in the car which had the tickets. I didn't wanted to ask the guy to keep holding the door for me while I get the tickets from car so I told him if I can buy new tickets but the lady I had talked to over phone started shouting at that guy to tell me that I can't buy new tickets. I felt bad for the guy and realized that it's not worth it and I have already missed about 20-25 mins movie because of all this drama. I decided to walk away and told the guy I'll watch the late night 9:40 PM show of that movie at the Randolph Showcase. Felt bad for my 6 year old who was really excited for this movie and I had to tell her we need to go somewhere else. They should definitely update their timings on Google and either stop doing shows at or after 7:50 PM or they should not close their doors until 8:15 PM at least to make sure everyone who has bought the...
