I just wanted to put give you a feedback about my experience at Walmart.com.
I ordered Gold’s gym Olympic 300lb barbell weight set. It took a while to come but I was okay with that since I am paying a low price for it. A day before the weights came, I got an email stating that the order is cancelled. That evening, I got on Walmart.com to order bunch of weights and a barbell. Next day, some weights arrived. Turns out there were 5 boxes to this order and only box number 5 was cancelled. At this point, only three boxes showed up so I was not exactly sure what was cancelled (the last set of weights or the barbell) since that was not specified in the order email. I called the help line but opted to wait until the box number 4 showed up before cancelling the weights I order later just in case the barbell showed up. Turns out the new weights arrived on the same day as the previous order which took two weeks to come. So I had to go return the new weights to Walmart. With that initial order, I ordered a squat rack and a bench as well. Today, after I waited for 3 weeks, I received two benches and no squat rack. Now I have to go buy a packing tape, repack the box and make another trip, this time to UPS to return this item.
To summarize, When a customer buys a set, let him know that part of the order is cancelled before you shipped the rest of it. The customer should have to option of cancelling the whole order without having to return it. The above issue would have been a little better if I (or the Walmart representative) could tell what was in each of the box. I could have cancelled the following order as soon as I got the email. Bench and squat rack mix up was probably due to the labeling of the order. The emails sent out notifying that the items are delivered are not accurate. (Probably when items are being delivered in multiple packages)
I understand that I am paying the lowest price for these items. But it’s not worth the lowest price if I have to keep returning things. I am the type of person who does a lot of research before making a purchase so that I can get exactly what I want or need. I don’t want to waste my or your time, money, or energy. One thing for sure. It made me appreciate what Amazon is able to do.
I do have two positive things to say as well. One is price. You can not beat the price. But like I said, in this case it was not worth it at all. After 3 weeks of waiting, I still have to go find and purchase that item. The other is the customer service on the phone. The first two in particular were really articulate, friendly, and competent. You may have gotten lucky with those two but I suspect that the training and work environment might be good as well.
I hope this review reaches someone who cares and or someone who can do something with this information.

Read moreI am a frequent shopper at Framingham's Walmart, and I must say, this store's is just remarkable after the recent remodel. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a refreshing sense of organization and efficiency that made my shopping experience a breeze. In contrast to how the store was a year ago.
One of the standout aspects of the remodel is the store's impeccable organization. Every aisle is thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to locate products quickly and efficiently. The newly labeled sections and clearly marked signage helped me navigate the store effortlessly, saving me valuable time.
I would be remiss if I didn't mention the exceptional store manager who has undoubtedly played a significant role in the store's transformation. I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the store manager for consistently being present and showcasing a remarkable attention to detail. Whenever I've had the pleasure of interacting with them, they've been approachable, friendly, and genuinely concerned about ensuring the store meets the needs of its customers.
The store manager's commitment to excellence is evident in every corner of the store. The cleanliness and tidiness of the aisles, the well-stocked shelves, and the prompt assistance from the dedicated staff all speak volumes about their leadership. It's truly refreshing to see a store manager who takes the time to interact with both the staff and the customers, fostering a positive and welcoming environment for everyone.
In addition to the impressive organization and the outstanding store manager, I must commend the overall shopping experience at this Walmart location. The availability of a wide range of products, ensures that I can find everything I need in one place. Though this particular format doesn't carry produce as it is not a Super Center. The checkout process could still use some work, but W+ makes it easier with their Scan and Go feature.
Overall, my shopping experiences at my local Walmart store since its remodel have been nothing short of exceptional. The dedication to organization, the attentiveness of the store manager, and the overall efficiency of the store have truly made it a standout location. I highly recommend this Walmart store to anyone in the area who is seeking a hassle-free shopping experience in a well-organized and customer-focused environment. Kudos to the entire team for their...
Read moreI went to the Walmart store at Framingham for some potting mix. I selected one bag that is on sale at $5.97, but when I checked out I was charged at the original price, $7.94 plus tax. I told the cashier that this product should be on sale and there is a price discrepancy here. However, the cashier just shaked her head and said "I don't know. There is nothing I can do". I was surprised by the carelessness of the cashier, but meanwhile I don't want to cause delay to other customers, so I decided to correct this price error with the persons at the customer service desk. At the customer service desk, I explained to the clark what happened, and I hope she can help on this issue. This employee firstly used a smart phone to scan the barcode on the potting mix bag, and then she told me this product is not on sale and the price is correct. Then I showed her a photo that I took in the store about 15 mins ago showing the price tag of this product, and actually this "on sale" price tags can be seen at several different locations in the store. She agreed to do a price adjust for me. I was not quite satisfied and I asked her that according to the Massachusetts price accuracy law, I should get this product for free since it is under $10 and there is a clear difference between the price tag and the scanned price. After hearing my request for a free product, the clark was surprised and gave me this response "The policy was changed, and I cannot give you this for free".
I was shocked after hearing words like this coming from a customer service clark in Walmart. As far as I know, the Law is still effective, and it exists to protect the consumer's right. How irresponsible it is that a customer service person says "it was changed". Additionally, I am very upset by both the cashier and the customer service person because neither of them would like to report or correct this price error and to prevent it from happening to other customers. I think employees at Walmart should get bettering training on what is the proper attitude to help customer and more importantly, on compliance of regulatory such as item...
