I ended up with a nice candle that smells good, but the process of making the candle itself was very disorganized. Online site shows many different candle jars but very limited in store itself and most jars were rather small. Employee states weekend was busy and they sold all big jars…but if you own a business for over a year and a half and you know weekends are busy, wouldn’t you make sure you had plenty of inventory?? Bags with candles waiting to be picked up are lined up all over the floor with no sort of organization. I would say that $110 for 2 candles is a lot when the experience itself was lacking. I...
Read moreWe came to Candle Vault for a friend’s birthday celebration and had a wonderful time. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. You have 100+ scents to choose from to make your candle and I really loved how you could choose 3-4 scents to make whatever combo you wanted. I did a pumpkin and fall pear scent combined. Read moreCandle Vault’s Falling Leaves scent is THE BEST candle I’ve ever purchased!!! The fragrance is very balanced (you will pick up a range of fall favorites as it burns). They definitely use higher end fragrances in their products! More importantly the scent travels all over the house, from downstairs to upstairs 😁 and their candles burn very clean and even (no tunneling around the wick). The owners are super friendly, responsive and passionate about their candle business 😁 they ran out of Falling Leaves at Frankfort Fest but had one ready for me 48 hrs after I visited their store. I will definitely...
