We were there for a college visit with our highschool senior. The staff and students hosting us for the morning were very friendly. The campus is very nice. The facilities are well kept and modern. It is a beautiful campus.
It is a small school. That can be both a plus and a minus at the same time depending on what you are looking for. A maximum class size of 30 is great. Lots of upper level classes are in the 9 to 5 student range. That is amazing! Small campuses are intimate. You get to know everyone there. However the school may not be able to offer as much of some things you get on a large campus.
I think Frederick makes a great college town. There are lots of things to do and places to eat. There is history and culture in town or nearby.
