Horrible customer service. The person who took my order was one of the rudest men I’ve dealt with at this location thus far. When politely greeted he simply stared and me as if to say “not here to chat what the hell do you want”. Rushed me to order as I was a little indecisive for 45 seconds ; and then got my order completely wrong. Iced latte was hot , no foam in my COLD FOAM vanilla cold brew. Usually I wouldn’t be one to bat an eye , I get it. But the interaction was so off putting and standoffish, I didn’t even feel comfortable to mention it was wrong without an eye roll followed by an exasperated sigh( which yes he also did when I apologized for not knowing what I wanted). I was the only customer in there and just because you’re in the middle of a conversation with your coworker/cleaning for closing in an hour - you don’t treat patrons as if they are a waste of your breath. 3rd and last time coming here. I hardly know the first thing about coffee, so I always get the same boring (but tasty!) old thing. Although, I saw an advertisement for a strawberry funnel cake frappuccino, but alas, I can't drink cold drinks.
However! A very patient and courteous gentleman helped me turn the cold beverage into a hot, flavorful alternative using a latte base! Ben could not have possibly been more helpful!
Sadly, Uber Eats decided that I didn't have enough time to order from the 7th St. store and placed my order elsewhere instead. But from now on, I'll be sure to get my drinks from the 7th St. store whenever I can!

I realize that Starbucks has a brand of great customer service but this location goes above and beyond their customer service level. I am grateful for the great staff such as Patrea, Zoe, Sarah, Natalie, Kylie among others. But one person whose heart is so kind and is very business minded and customer service centered is Nicole. I realize you are moving into a bank of America building and expanding. If there is a capacity for another lead, this should be her.
