Ordered a cake because someone I know recommended raleys. I told them I needed 2 cakes a week apart... Ordered my 7 year olds 1/4 cake, pick it up for the party and go home... We sing happy birthday and I cut the cake and it is not what I ordered there is no filling in the cake at all it's just chocolate cake and they did not do the border design on the cake correct. I call the bakery a few days later and the store manager told me $10 off next cake... I'm thinking like who says I'm going to get another cake here..? So I wait and call back when the bakery manager is there and she was sweet (Alma) she apologized for the inconvenience that she would comp the next cake so I ordered my 16 year olds for the next week.. when I picked it up I was so upset because the design on the cake once again was not what I ordered. For my 16 years old cake.... She was disappointed and there was nothing I could do. I even called in the day before to make sure they had it correctly and she reassured me of what I ordered and had an attitude and told me if the cake decorator had questions...they would call me.
