How this shop get locals coming to their store is beyond me, and I feel bad for new customers who are starting to vape go to this store as their first. Current smokers understand know much about smoking and have great knowledge on many devices, tools, and items. Smoke shops are very helpful on assisting new and current smokers; however, these owners are great on getting people to come to their store and have them pull out their wallet.
I am by no means an expert, but when you start observing and doing research, I feel like a fool falling into their business practice.
On the day I needed more juice, I decided to find a nearby store and find variety of juices on display. Everything at their store is genuine and can't beat any other products on the market the owner said. Excuse me, but all the products that you have in store have what you carry, sir. When he told me the price, I was shocked on why he charges so much higher than other stores. "Genuine and won't break like China products". I was speechless. All I wanted was a juice at this point. I was told that I would get 10% off if I leave a 5 star review. I pulled up their store on Yelp, 4 stars. But, when you actually read the reviews, they are all for one reason, 10% on juice!!! I even read a yelp that their juices are expired and they claim that they are FDA approved(?).
When you actually read through reviews on customers' experience, 12 stars. Reason: OVERPRICED, RUDE, and BAD SERVICE. If you were to weed out the reviews, this place has to be 2.53 stars. You should be giving these customers free (expired) juices for free as they are the ones giving you positive...
Read moreI’ve been coming to this shop every other week for the past year and a half—even after moving farther away—because they usually carry what I need at fair prices. But my experience last night was frustrating enough that I feel the owner really needs to re-evaluate the staff.
The store closes at 11pm, and I arrived around 10:20pm on a Tuesday 9/23. I was the only customer there and ran into the employee outside on a smoke break. I even told them I didn’t mind if they wanted to finish their break, but they insisted on rushing me inside to “get my sale over with real quick.” That set the tone immediately.
As a regular, I’m always given a list of inventory to choose from. This time, the employee flat-out refused to give me the list, handed me an item I didn’t ask for, and charged me $5 more than usual. When I questioned the price, he brushed me off, insisting it was always $35 when it has consistently been $30. To make matters worse, he spent most of the interaction on the phone, clearly impatient and uninterested, as if I was inconveniencing him by being there.
What really crossed the line: he didn’t provide a receipt, didn’t thank me, and literally walked away mid-call after taking my money.
I’ve overlooked occasional lapses in service here before, but this was flat-out disrespectful—especially toward a loyal customer. If management values repeat business, they need to hire or train staff who actually respect their...
Read moreJust started trying to convert to juuls from camel lights. Joined autoship w/ juuls a few days ago & have 12 pods on its way but just lost my battery device!
Came here to get a new juuls device. They say its the same price online (+ shipping cost). Got one.
Asked about alternatives & the guy recommended SMPO & said the pods are more than twice the juuls size & cheaper too. And they had a special price on the device + 2 pods for $39. Had to try.
Now I'm pretty committed to ecigs (juuls 4 now) but have a vuse kit on the way in the mail & just bought the SMPO kit.
Should know in a week or two...
