DON’T come to Bay Jewelers. Horrible customer service. It says they are open Monday to Friday and Saturday by appointment. We came on a Monday and they looked like they were scared to open the door. They didn’t want to open the door at all and said to come back tomorrow. They seemed very racist and seemed to not like black people. They looked like they were scared to get robbed or something when we simply wanted to get a ring fixed. DO NOT COME HERE. Do not waste your time or money. Get your jewelry somewhere else.
