Paris Baguette — Restaurant in Fremont

Today Friday 28 February at 7:30pm. really the three girls there has no any hospitality as I am usual customer but really there is a worker is very rude I was setting drinking my coffee and waiting for my grand daughter , her name is Charlies, she came to me and told me we are closing at 8 pm not 9 pm and it was only 7:30 as if saying to me go out to live the space for the three girls to speak together as may be they wanted the place empty . and one of them get her cleaning staff and began to clean while I'm sitting to corrupt me and annoy me to leave . So I was annoyed and left .Please try to train the workers because most people are complaining.As it doesn't make sense to buy and then your not welcomed to sit during the available time as stated in Google site .However I always order day after day my coffee and deserts to me and my grand kids .so really the staff is not kind at all ,So please change the closing time to 8 pm since they close early not as stated in Google site .And also the trays was dirty and I told them several times . I hope my review will be taken into consideration because respect and tidy ness and hospitality are the most important in welcoming...

Disappointing Experience at Paris Baguette

I visited this location this morning and was quite disappointed. Paris Baguette is one of my favorites, and I’ve always enjoyed their food and service. Unfortunately, this visit was far from what I expect.

Firstly, the staff needs better training in order management. It took 25 minutes just to get one baguette heated, which is way too long for such a simple request. On top of that, the staff seemed confused while handling their billing machines, which only added to the delays.

The assistant manager was rude, grumpy, and overbearing, showing a clear lack of customer service skills. She could definitely benefit from better training in how to interact with customers.

On the positive side, the manager was kind enough to assist with a refund for the item, but even he seemed to struggle with the process.

I really hope the management takes this feedback seriously and invests in improving their staff. Paris Baguette is a great brand, but this experience did not live up to the standard...

I'll preface this by saying that I've never had any issues at any other Paris Baguette locations. This one is the only one that I've had a problem with.

I pre-ordered a chocolate chiffon cake and was given a completely different cake (strawberry soft cream). Unfortunately I did not realize that I was given the wrong cake until I was home and opening the box at dinner so it was far too late to do anything about it.

The employees at this location don't look or act like they want to be there. When I told them I was picking up my order, they looked like they didn't know what I was talking about and were whispering to each other. Against my instincts, I brushed it off.. But as I suspected, they most likely just grabbed the most basic cake and gave it to me instead of asking for any details about my order.

I recommend not to order from this location because their attitude is poor and they have poor customer service. The atmosphere of the store is not like any other Paris...
