This review is long overdue—mainly because my family and I have been too busy enjoying the home theater to sit down and write it! That should already tell you something about how good the work is.

When I say DivineAV has been part of my home theater journey from before I even had a house, I’m not exaggerating. Warren and his crew—shoutout to Mercedes, Derek, and the rest of the DivineAV team—came in and worked for days, setting up not only my dedicated theater but also my whole-home audio and even my network rack. Watching it come together was like being a kid seeing something amazing for the first time. And the final result? Incredible.

Sure, there were a few small things here and there I casually mentioned—but Kacie immediately pounced on them like, “Nope, you have to tell us, we’re fixing this.” That’s customer service you don’t see often. And Warren continues to check in, keeping me updated on anything outstanding.

STOP LOOKING! YOU'VE FOUND THE BEST IN NORTH TEXAS! Just moved into our Frisco home and wanted to duplicate the home theater from our previous home. This time we were going to cut the cord and rely totally on streaming content. Took bids from 5 vendors...one never showed! Met with Warren from DIVINE AUDIO VISUAL and he took me through the process step-by-step. He repurposed our existing gear whenever possible and was able to rehabilitate the whole-house wiring already present in our new residence. Other vendors wanted to 'start from scratch' with all new equipment, etc. Divine listened to me and honored my intentions while offering huge savings compared to its competitors. Fact: The final invoice was lower than the original estimate! They replaced my ancient plasma monitor with a gorgeous 4K Smart TV at a price that embarrassed BestBuy!. We now have a 21st Century hands-free home theater solution with 5.1 surround sound, independent music and TV pathways, and no cable bill! Tip! We went with YouTube TV ($49/month with no contract) and receive all local channels, all HBO channels, all ESPN channels, plus all of the other basic cable channels. We also have Netflix and Amazon Prime. Did I mention that everything can be controlled with a single remote, our phones, and our voices? Misplace the remote? No problem! You don't see the equipment in this picture because it was all professionally installed within the cabinetry and every single wire was tucked away and made invisible to the human eye.
