HYDERABAD HOUSE FRISCO — Restaurant in Frisco

I had been to hyderabad house last friday with couple of my friends. After trying in other restaurants ,this was next one in my bucket list to taste authentic indian food. They are known for their veg kheema biryani which made me and my friends visit this restaurant. We ordered few starters and biryanis. We had a confusion in ordering the biryanis as they have wide variety of biryanis like more than a 50. In starters We ordered curry leaves gobi, chicken tikka kabab and afgani kabab. Out of them gobi stood on top followed by chicken tikka kabab followed by afgani. Coming to main course we had ordered their famous veg kheema biryani, chicken biryani along with potalm pulav chicken. Among biryanis veg kheema is top notch followed by both potlam pulav chicken and chicken fry biryani. Veg kheema biryani drove me through heaven while having it. Their service is so good which took back me to restaurants in india. If you are really hunting to taste yummy indian spicy food you have to definite give a try here.

I ordered a kadai paneer, paneer masakalli with rice from Hyderabad house, Frisco through Uber eats. I started eating the rice and finished half of it and there was a dead cockroach in the rice lying there with its legs facing upwards. This ruined my mind to eat food any further. I’m utterly dissatisfied with the safety protocol the restaurant is following as it’s not about the refund that I was looking for but something like this from the most rated restaurant is unexpected for its customers. All I get to hear from Uber eats is getting the refund in 3 days but I expect the food inspection to happen and a compensation for the health problems I’m gonna face. The reckless maintenance by the restaurant staff is frustrating and the response from Uber eats is totally unacceptable. Nobody cares about the $32 refund that the customer care was mentioning, but about the liability the restaurant has to take for this ill-maintained and unhygienic service. I request the Texas food inspection to take fair and necessary action against the food chain and compensate the unprecedented damages to me...

Ordered weekend Bhojanam at 2PM.. they took 30 mins to give the initial plate.. they didn't serve welcome drink. Curd rice out of refill. They took another 30 mins to serve chicken and fish appetizer and no refills. White rice is Cold and Hard, same with Bagara rice as well. Rabdi gulab Jamun is of no flavor. Non veg curries did not have any taste to them, and fish fry was salty. They didn't serve the Veg items that are mentioned as part of Bhojanam menu. Most funniest thing is they have asked for 5 more mins to give welcome drink at 3 30PM when we were actually leaving the restaurant 🤣. Atmosphere is worst compared to other Hyderabad house restaurants. If you live in the south east corner of the Plano, I would suggest going to Hyderabad house Irving, I came here just to reduce a 5 or 10 mins drive time. It is not at...
