I've been coming to this location for the longest time and never had an issue until today. I come here very often. Today was the worst experience I've ever had at any Popeyes. I placed my order through the app with no issues. I pulled up to the speaker and had to wait over 5 minutes before they even acknowledged that i'm there. I told them my order number and requested light ice for my drinks. They said to drive up to the window. There was a car ahead of me and they took forever with them. Then I get to the window and nothing is ready. She finally opens the window and starts reconfirming my order. While she's going down the list I'm already having to correct her on what I ordered. No Pickle on the Spicy sandwich. 2 diet cokes light ice. I repeat that I'm picking up my mobile order. I'm thinking to myself like dang is this order not right there on yo screen why don't yall see it? She mentions something to another employee and looks like they've made mistakes on my order. So she closes the window and they're just looking unorganized. Then she comes back and hands me the drinks and goes back. Then another employee comes to the window and says they're out of the Spicy tenders and ask if I will accept the regular. I then say that I never ordered Spicy. So then she goes back. So I'm waiting there for an extra 5 min. Then she comes and hands the bag while laughing. I start looking in the bag and did a quick check and she continues to burst into laughter like I'm a comedian or like she saw a circus full of clowns in my car or something. I'm getting weirded out and wondering what's funny. Even my daughter in the backseat wondering wth so funny. So them acting suspicious like that should've told me they did something to my food. So I get home and find Pickle on the spicy sandwich. Fries are missing from the combo. A big ole long hair in the drink. Hair in the box with tenders. So I’m highly disappointed with it and have my husband go back up there. He asked for the manager which is still one of the girls who were laughing is the shift manager. He showed her the cup with hair and she made eye contact with the cashier at the drive thru who was laughing. None of them were wearing hairnets or hats or anything. Then he started to mention the other items and she took over because they already knew they messed up the other items so it's like they planned all that. Had us waiting a long time and wasting gas making a second trip. Yall lost my trust and me as a customer✌🏾. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to go here. The young lady that brought me my order did not speak any English. She had my order and another young lady order. She gave me the wrong order and gave the other lady my order. I tried to explain to her that my order was wrong due to the fact she does not speak any English she didn’t understand what I was saying needless to say the other lady that had my order and I both went into the restaurant to ask could they make it over because not only did she touch her order? I touched My the young lady that brought us our order. Try to just give us each other’s order and swap them out. I told her no ma’am so they were OK with remaking our order we then had to wait again for the tenders to be cooked because we both ordered blackened once we did. That they still gave us the wrong bags the wrong orders for the second time at this point we had been in Popeyes for almost 40 minutes. The manager act as if he had an attitude because we did not want to accept orders that have been tampered with between our each other. I explained to him no I touched her food and she touched mine. We do not want these orders again please remake them after remaking the orders which was done by the manager. He still screwed up the orders and gave us the wrong orders again so while checking my order Due to the fact that the tenders were fresh out of the grease when I open the tender box, it completely fell out at this point. Read more2/2/21 - Don't place an online order for this location. I made the mistake of doing so, and when I arrived, the drive thru was closed, even though it was only 9:00PM. I had to call customer service in order to get my money back. This was actually the second time this happened to me in the same night. The first time was at the Prosper location. I have since deleted Popeyes' app and vowed to never patron them again. There are plenty of other places to get fried chicken in the area. My advice, go to one those and don't waste your time here.
2/19/21 - UPDATE: It's been just over two weeks now, and I still don't have my money back. When I called today to find out what the hold up was, they told me they had entered my email incorrectly, and that is why I hadn't received my refund(s) yet. I have no idea what my email has to do with my refund(s), but it's yet another example of Popeyes' incompetence. AVOID.
3/12/21 - UPDATE: I still don't have my money. I just called customer service for a third time. I was assured I would receive a confirmation of my refund within 3 - 5 business days. I am not holding my breath. What a PITA, and there has been zero effort on Popeyes part to compensate me for the extra aggravation. Again, AVOID.
3/26/21 - FINAL UPDATE: I never got my money back. My CC company ended up eating the expense(s) when I challenged the charges. Popeyes' customer service is either equally as incompetent as their store managers, or flat out deceitful. I am not sure...
