My issue arose with the absence of service. It was not poor service. It was no service. I came in mid-week to a fully staffed shop and two other patrons. No one made eye contact with me for 5 minutes. It took 14 min for me standing in front of the cash register directly in front of two people āoperating itā to get acknowledged.
Go in today. no other patrons in the store. Walk directly to the counter. Stood there for (I timed it) 7 min while two ladies talk about how someone was charged $100 instead of whatever for 24 roses and how big of a mistake it was. Then about the magnitude of the error. Then wondering how that could even happen.
All the while Iām standing 18ā away but couldāve been invisible as far they were concerned. Finally I walked to what I assumed was my order and asked if I could please please leave with this since I think itās mine. They didnāt seem pleased that I interrupted but then one of them must have realized that they are running a for profit business and got me packed up and out. What should have taken 2 minutes with pleasantries took closer to 10. Oh and they didnāt even confirm that I took the right order. I couldāve walked out with literally anything they had on the far table.

This particular occassion for ordering flowers arose out of a need to say "sorry" - fast. Most places seem to post an official same-day delivery cut-off time around 1p or 2p. I called this florist and was greeted kindly - I was greeted with an understanding of my situation and a sense of genuine consideration was given as to whether or not they would be able to help me out and it turns out that they could, and I was told that my flowers WOULD be there on time. Woo Hoo!
The prices and packaging were incredibly fair based upon my experiences else where ... So, if this florist ends up being in the area that you're looking to deliver to, I'll just say that my experiences with them were very positive and my opinion is that they are great option to choose. Seeing, as I have not "seen" the flowers that are being delivered as of yet - at the time of this review the order is in transit - I will have to limit my rating to four stars, but I'd say they're five stars in terms of packages and level of service and...

Tim took my order with a kind and professional attitude and helped me find suitable replacements for flowers that were out of season or otherwise unavailable. When I specified that I wanted to grant him full creative freedom for the bouquet and just needed it to be ābig, rainbow-ish, and stunningā, Tim delivered on this and far beyond (and Iām happy to report that my new fiancĆ©e absolutely loved it!). Tim and co.ās expert preparation of the flowers in water packs made longevity nothing to be concerned about, maintaining the flowers for hours. I was able to present the bouquet exactly as I picked it up from the shop. On top of all this, it was incredibly affordableāand Iām a young person with little money, so this was of great importance to me.
All in all, it was an incredibly positive experience, and I will undoubtedly be returning to Patti Annās for all my future flower needs (after all, I have a...
