Fox Fullerton Theatre — Attraction in Fullerton

When is this place going to be open and fully operational? They have been restoring this theatre since I moved to California over 15 years ago. Rome wasn't built in a day, but surely it was built in less time than the Fox Fullerton Theatre. Where is all the money going that has been donated and invested into this theatre renovation?
