Salon Technique — Attraction in Fullerton

Being a licensed professional for decades- many salons , working or front desk operations- I often struggle w my choices then once my swrvicepast -&- frankly my money needs to work for me , I don't believe in giving it away for a "service"a that I am spending on . A haircut/Mani&Pedi/$tyle or the infamous HairColor that can seriously rack up sum debt for the coming month+ I really am looking for the Full Service Salon Experience or I'll do it myself - Well....let me say this ••• I won't need to search 4 my "Beauty Shop (what my olè mommy still calls them) get pampered and spending wisely"'all under one name any further - the feeling of Big City Chic Salon Vibe is under one roof & this includes educated stylish professionals ...that can answer your questions-schedule appt's- help @check out- product knowledge🏆🏅...pricing included, it's not a secret-this way u don't have to feel cheap when you just need know so u may decide if it'll need to wait until next appt. or toss it in I'll need it attitude !! I just feel silly ..." And this one is.$.$.$ and this one$.$. ...gets kinda silly ..to me at least - so what I am saying is these these educated professional stylist working magic ...in this hip and stylish innovative SALON in Orange County feel like Home to me - not that my home has any of those things I mentioned - but when I go out ••• Why not?!?!?! I love the experience SalonTechnique is serving to their clientele ' & I am so thankful to be apart of it- My stylist is Pam for my extensions-my shoulder length hair - No-More is very awesome! I appreciate her expertise as well as her great personality & conversation - Times are tough for many and who wants to waste time & money🤨🤔 spend a couple hours here is neither - I leave feeling pretty darn good inside and out ! Plus I look forward to each upcoming appointment- Check this salon out !!! It can be seen just doing a drive by - but you should really consider where your leaving your money next time - Make it the right choice & you can feel good about yourself ..inside & out

I've been seeing Regina Quintana for about a year-and-a-half. I bring her gifts regularly, and tip her over 30%. Last time I came in I told her I wanted to go blonde for the summer. She usually does a good an pretty good job with color, it's hit or miss, but her cuts are really sloppy. She's very hard to get ahold of and make an appointment. Doesn't have an online Booker, and doesn't get back via text for days. Also cancels last minute and re-schedules all the time. That really bothers me

I left the salon darker and more brassy than when I came. She didn't process the bleach long enough and tried to overcompensate with Ash toner. Looks bad, really bad. She had clients waiting and I didn't want to say anything in front of them out of courtesy. You're welcome Regina. But when I got home I text her kindly and said girl we got to fix my hair, I wanted to go blonde. She was leaving in 5 days for vacation... Her response was irritated, as if I had offended her. I scheduled headshots that I had to cancel because she couldn't fit me in in 5 days, including all the days that she worked. Okay, it's irritating but whatever. I've gotten to know her personality, and I knew that if I didn't basically kiss her but she would blow me off. When she got back I didn't hear from her. I reached out several times, only getting vague responses. Then when I told her look Regina it's been 3 weeks, I'm wearing my hair in a ponytail everyday, I need to get this fixed - finally I hear from her but she's irritated and she writes me this long text about how she's trying to work with me. Lol. I wrote back and asked her if she was still going to do my hair and no response. So basically she took 300, left me with bad hair and ruined our relationship.

It doesn't really matter to me, there are plenty of hairdressers. But Fullerton is a small town then I hope word gets around about how unreliable and ungrateful for good...

I went in as a new client. I didn’t know any of the stylists, but I read the reviews and they all sounded positive, so I took a chance. I wanted a long bob. I specifically told the stylist this, and that I didn’t want any layers in the front. I even showed her a photo. She didn’t listen to me at all. She cut way too much off, including choppy, horrible layers. I couldn’t tell at the time because of the way she blew it dry and styled it. At one point I pointed to the layers she cut and asked, “what are these layers? I didn’t want layers around my face.” She just said, “Wait. I’m not done drying it yet. I barely cut anything in front.” This was not true at all. I literally cried when I got home and really saw how much she had chopped off the sides. This place isn’t inexpensive, so I paid quite a bit for what looks worse than if I had gone to a student. It will take months for my hair...
