INDIA BAZAAR — Attraction in Gainesville

I would give zero stars if possible. I walked into this establishment with a friend of mine from India. The entire time in the store I was stared down by employees, who couldn't make it more obvious that they were watching me. As my friend was checking out, a male employee was continuously glaring at my pockets trying to decipher what the bulges in my pockets were (keys). It made me feel extremely uncomfortable. There was nothing suspicious regarding what I was doing, I followed my friend to the incense isle, waited for him to pick out an incense, he purchased it and we left. This was the first time in my entire life that anything like this has ever happened to me.

Message to owner: Try to make employees a little less OBVIOUSLY discriminatory against those that aren't Indian, which was the clear case in...

There is a Better smaller business 0.5 miles from them it's called Deshi Bazaar consider them instead.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the recent experience I had at India Bazaar Regrettably, the behavior of the owner was exceedingly ill-mannered, leaving a lasting negative impression.

I encountered rudeness and disrespect from the owner, which created a deeply uncomfortable atmosphere. Instead of demonstrating basic courtesy and professionalism, the owner engaged in behavior that can only be described as uncivilized and offensive.

This tall gentlemen who wears a turban should be the manager he’s very friendly and professional . This lady Who works the cash register sort of young woman they need to keep her away from the cash register and just have her stocking shelves or something she’s not very professional. And also, it’s very sad that they use the word India bizarre . India is a very sacred country because the supreme Lord appeared there . It is against the law in India to run a slaughterhouse and sell meat in the majority of provinces there . So these people sell meat beef at their store right next to it .
