The Backyard at Boca Fiesta & Palomino — Attraction in Gainesville

Drinks are usually good, food is great!! I had an issue the other night where a woman was not curbing her 40lb dog and it kept knocking into our table, almost knocking our drinks over and begging for my quesadilla. Everyone thought it was funny, no one really did anything about it.

Really not sure why dogs are even allowed back there as the music and stuff is too loud for them anyway, there's food being served, and not everyone is a dog person. Ran into Warren Oakes and had a great time. There are events regularly and the drinks are cheap. I get along with the staff, and there is a diverse crowd. There’s pool, table tennis, and other games at Palominos as wells as food at Boca Fiesta, which are all in one spot and connected. Parking is nearby at the court house and near the Sun Center Plaza. It was crowded till 1:30 and the backyard and there was very little room to dance. The overall crowd is very young in their twenties mostly. The music was not Caribbean on Friday night by the way.
