The Vault has been nothing but wonderful each time we have been there for an event. The place is beautiful, impeccably clean, spacious, and well thought out. Last night I lost my wedding band for a brief portion of the night. Before I realized I had lost it, the trash had been taken out already. The staff immediately began searching and one looking in the trash where I thought it may have ended up. You could tell they were concerned and were determined to help me find my ring. Came here on a whim the other day. I was visiting from out of town and the tap list and good menu looked good so I stopped in. The chef definitely did not disappoint. Unfortunately those were the only two good things I experienced here. Management and floor staff were inattentive and lackadaisical.
