Service on another level. It is not often you come across a place that goes out of the way for their customer like this place. The scheduling lady called me about 10 minutes after Whirlpool support made an appointment for the next Monday. She said she found an opening on Saturday if I would like. Of course I took it. When Saturday came, the tech was extremely helpful and friendly. After he left the refrigerator starting acting up (electrical). when I called back instead of just rescheduling someone to come back out and waiting to deal with it them, they consulted with each other and called to have me try something. Didn't end up buying from them but that's because they didn't have my part in stock. But had they? Absolutely! Talk about service! I called them 10 minutes after they closed on Saturday. Left message. The nice lady from the store called me back promptly at 8am and asked me a model # I'd forgotten to mention on my message. Five minutes later she called again said she was pretty they didn't have it but the technician was still busy with another customer, she said they'd call back again just to verify. 5 minutes later she called back again and, no, they didn't have it but they'd get it ordered. We had already ordered it so I declined. But their clerk was so nice and tried so hard to find that part I was highly impressed with her customer service skills! Could not recommend this place enough! Emergency call made Sunday night led to them quickly calling back Monday morning and scheduling a few days later. With parts in hand, John was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem at a fraction of the price quoted from other companies. We had one company tell us it was over a hundred to just call us and another 60-something to come out and then order parts and prices paid yet to come and install. So we were pleasantly surprised to have a tech come in for 45 minutes and problem solved! He even was super sweet and cleaned out the vent and inside of our dryer.
