Santa photos of 2022 were not pleasant at all.
First off, I tried to find a way to contact or specify review "where is santa" company they use in the mall itself. I couldn't locate anything for such, which is a huge problem within itself. Any company who isn't asking customers how their experience was isn’t in the business of anything but money.
I went online to see the hours of Santa at the mall, it only gave me the option of reserving a spot. It forced you to pay towards photos to reserve as well. When we arrived I was surprised there were two separate lines one for pre-booked and one for walk up. But when we arrived there was only one family in line ahead of us in pre-booked and no walk ups. We were there about 30 min early because we all know something could go wrong or unexpected with a 4 year old and wanted to play it safe. We didn't want to loose our spot in line so we arrived early. Again, at the time of reservation we didn't know you could do walk ups. The photographer called back multiple families before us, I initially didn't have a problem because the first two were pre-booked appointments ahead of us. I was then annoyed that walk ins were being taken in front of us that just walked up clearly. It was pretty rude for the photographers to keep asking "what time did you reserve?" Then look at someone who just walked up and say yes we have time for you right now. My husband and I joked that one of us should have stood in each line, we would have been taken back about 30 minutes sooner. It wasn't great customer service at all. I believe these 3 photographers were not properly trained on how to work in walk ins. Of they were there policies and professionalism needs to change. When it was eventually our turn Santa didn't even say anything to our daughter. Yes, pictures are important but so is the magical experience of Santa. I had to propot my daughter by saying "did you tell Santa what you wanted for Christmas, and did you let him know you've been good?" Even then Santa wasn't really in the mood for it. Overall we won't be back for Santa again...

Beware and be Vigilant while visiting this shopping mall!!
Zero Security equals ZERO Safety here at this shopping mall. I work in Foster Care and some of our teenage boys were shopping tonight when they were attacked in the restroom.
One was attacked and assaulted by an older man who they allege was extremely intoxicated and acting VERY strange. His face was badly bruised, his eye was blackened and hurt. It became worse when the guy destroyed his phone as he was leaving the scene.
It gets way worse; security did not care; security did NOTHING to help and didn’t even offer to involve law enforcement. They ignored them. 20 minutes later I arrived as the boys contact and went straight to security and received ZERO support or care.
Jacob P. The “manager” we escalated our situation too actually cared less and DID NOT CARE at ALL about a teenage boy being attacked, assaulted and robbed of his cell phone.
We had to contact BPD Law Enforcement on our own and so please be careful.
Be alert and don’t make the same mistake we made by thinking the security guards will care or help at all.
Our hope is that there is a security company that employs this crew and makes serious changes to the personnel assigned and working for...
