Highglow Jewelers — Attraction in Garden City

Its really sad how these people treat customers that have been shopping with them for over 10 years!!!! Each time their attitude changes and gets nastier. The only reason you would only go back here is because there are no other options here in Michigan and these people here know this and take great advantage of that. They don't care how they treat you cause they know that they are the only store in here with huge collection. People there are 2 more stores now!!! Don't take ill treatment from these people anymore!! Specially bengali people. I feel they're bit rude with us more than other cultures. Royal Jewelers in Warren and Asian Jewelry right by High glow. I have heard them speak in hindi and tell their other co worker how its wasting their time when we don't buy anything. As customers we have our budget and likes. Buying gold requires huge money investment which is why people shop around and think many times...

I had given them lot of business in the past. Rajan, salesperson was nice and I looked for him each time I went to shop. Today, he was responding rudely as I was trying to shop within my budget. I had him call the store owner to ask if he can consider negotiating. That guy turned out to be more rude than the salesperson! He told me once he can lessen $20 and after I said I am not interested, it's ok...he told the lady next to him in Hindi how I wasted 1.5 hr of their time and bought nothing! He thought I speak Arabic and didn't understand their language! Customers go there to look, choose and pay for what fits in their budget. Gold is expensive but money doesn't grow on trees! Their customer service is unacceptable! There is a limit to how much advantage they are taking during this inflation period! I ended up buying what I needed from Asia Jewelers...

I wish I could give 0. The prices of the jewelry is too much high which is always higher than the market prices and they never wanted to lower the prices. So waste of time negotiating. Also the lady on the store keep the price too much high. I was about to buy bangles for my wife and the lady told the price as $1500 and then she handed over to a man for final price and it came down to $1050. He lowered $450 with small talk but that price was still higher for that according to the market price. I suggest never buy any gold in this store if you want to waste your money. Never believe in...
