I've used High Five Jumpers twice now. The first experience was back in May 2024. I received a quote online, which was also sent via text. After agreeing on the jumper size and cost with my husband, we were able to easily book the jumper by responding to the text quote. A contract was emailed within minutes. We signed and paid the $50 deposit online.

The first booking was for a park event. The cost for a park event is higher than at home because the parks require renting a generator. Their delivery windows are 7am-12pm, and unless you pay an extra $75 for a specific time, they can arrive at any time within that window. We saved the money, but then, when we got the text the day before, they confirmed an 8am drop off. That was a little rough since the party wasn't until 11am, so my husband had to hang out at the park all morning. No biggie though, the kids were happy to have jump time before their friends arrived. The jumper was clean and the kids had a lot of fun. Pickup was prompt and they were friendly.

Most recently, we booked the Mini 3-in-1 combo last weekend. Service was just as expected. They made booking easy, the pricing was competitive and everyone was a pleasure to work with. This time the party was hosted at the house, so an 8am drop off kept the kids out of the house while we prepared for the party. Kids from age 4-12 had a great time and were thoroughly worn out by the end of the day.

When my daughter asked for a giant slide for her birthday, I went on Yelp to find a rental place and relied on Yelp reviews to find a good one. All the Yelp reviewers were right about High Five Jumpers - excellent customer service, reasonably priced rentals, clean/sanitized slide. I was very impressed from the first interaction with Yadira. She was one of several vendors that responded to a quote I sent out and she stood out because she was friendly, responded timely and answered all my questions. Not to mention High Five Jumpers had the highest slide in Orange County.

The day before the event, they texted and confirmed with the window of delivery and the day of the event they actually came an hour early, set up was quick, and they wiped down the slide once it was set up.
