Garfield Creamery — Attraction in Garfield

I ordered from Garfield Creamery through Uber Eats and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I specifically noted no pecans on the sizzling brownie due to allergy concerns, yet it arrived covered in pecans. That’s a huge safety issue, not just a simple mistake. On top of that, the milkshake we ordered didn’t even come with a straw.

When I called to address the issue, the only response I got was “sorry” and an excuse about being busy—no solution, no attempt to make things right. If a restaurant can’t read order notes, especially ones tied to food allergies, it’s unacceptable.

Today I was in the mood for ice cream. I wanted a special custom ice cream not just any ice cream but ROCKY ROAD ice cream. The person who would help me was Edgar. I told him what I wanted. He immediately cleared space on the icy cold panel and began to confidently assemble all the ingredients. He was so very courteous and kind. Now that I’ve had dinner I’m enjoying a few scoops of the carefully crafted ROCKY ROAD ice cream Edgar made just for me. Wow! Such a great find! I was craving ice cream and googled ice cream shops near me and this beautiful gem popped up. We stopped in a half hour before closing and still the experience was amazing. The young lady working named Rayan was so bubbly and sweet. She made me and ice cream sundae and my friend got the coffee royal. Both desserts were delicious! Rayan was great about answering questions about the business and that they will be extending their hours once the weather is warm.
