Cruise Planners - Arizona Cruise and Travel — Attraction in Gilbert

Cruise Planners did a fantastic job taking care of all the details for our recent cruise that included 48 intellectually disabled individuals, and 16 supervisory chaperones. This cruise was originally scheduled (with Cruise Planners invaluabe help) for March, 2020. Covid cancelled our plans, but Cruise Planners was able to get us rescheduled, first for March, 2021, and then for March, 2022. When covid restrictions prevented both of those sailings for us, Cruise Planners spent countless hours getting us refunds for our participants, because it appeared that the covid requirements and restrictions might last quite a while longer.

When the covid regulations began to fade in Fall, 2022, Cruise Planners moved with lightning speed to get our cruise rebooked for March, 2023. They were in constant contact with both us and the cruise line, to make sure that everything was done and in, well before each important deadline. They were also able to get us approval for a last minute chaperone replacement, when one of our chaperones became unexpectedly ill. Finally, the day we left to go on our cruise, they negotiated with the cruise line to make sure that we could still get on the ship, even though we were massively delayed in our arrival at the port, by a 2-hour road detour due to highway construction.

Richard and Kristen made our honeymoon an absolute blast! We were running out of time to plan our honeymoon and didnt want to spend the time and effort to research everything we needed to know for a fantastic trip, we had never thought about using a travel agent before, but now I dont want to go on vacation without Richard and Kristen's help! They ensured every last detail was perfect. The hotel they picked out for us in Costa Rica was our favorite hotel we have ever stayed at in our lives. They set up private transfers and made sure transportation was on time and reliable. The amount of hours saved us is unfathomable. Our excursions could not have been better - white water rafting, zip lining, and coffee tours were incredible and gave us a true taste of Costa Rica! Especially with all of the COVID restrictions, Richard and Kristen made sure we had all the right insurance and knew the guidelines, which made us at ease. The morning of our return flight, our flight got cancelled and we needed to get back to the states for work. Our business coach, Michael Burt, arranged a group cruise with free activities during the day, and various speakers in the evenings for us during the evenings. Richard and Kristin at Cruise Planners handled all of the travel arrangements for all members of our group from across the country, including the cruise itself.
