Great concept but doesn't pay off. This location has been open for a few months now yet they still don't have a sign on the building. The only signage is a banner that's states its coming soon. Since the entrance faces away from the road no one can see its actually open for business unless they drive in to the strip mall and go around to the front of the building. They do not get many customers throughout the week and I believe it has a LOT to do with the "Coming Soon" banner and facing away from the road. They also do not advertise as they expect their sellers to "advertise" their booths on social media. This doesn't seem like a great way to spread the word about this location. I rented a booth for $35 a week, which is a bit pricey considering they take a third of your profits on top of that. I ended up selling 3 things and made $20. Not a great return. I was told if I didnt make the amount I paid for the booth I would be refunded the booth fee back but that apparently is not true. Also make sure you keep an inventory of what youre selling for two reasons... First, Indy Clover does not give you an itemized statement of items sold when they pay you. Second, I had items stolen from my booth and replaced with other lower end items by another seller without permission. I might not have noticed this if I didnt have my inventory list of items I was selling. When I went to pick up my unsold items at the end of the week I could see everyone else's booths were still full as well. So nobody made any money and paid $35 for that experience. If people knew about this location they would find amazing deals on clothing but since they don't I wouldn't recommend wasting your time and money renting...
Read moreSoooooo not worth it. It's $35 for a booth for the week, and they have a guarantee (only for the first time you rent a booth) that if you don't make back the $35, they will refund the booth fee. Welp, when I picked up my clothes at the end of the week, only a few things had sold, and they other booths were also still completely full. After getting my Venmo payout I magically made exactly $35, which is entirely possible, but seems a bit sketchy to me that i made the exact amount i needed to NOT get a refund... Like another review says, I definitely should have kept an inventory of items to know exactly what sold, but everything seems a bit sketchy and there's no way to know exactly what you're making. Overall, the whole thing is a gamble, but the Indy Clover always makes money whether you do or not 🤷🏼♀️
As far as the store itself, it's a great concept, just didn't work for me. They advertise it online saying the only thing you have to do is set up your booth and they do the rest, but I'm really confused what that is; booths are dusty, items are misplaced (I had a few items from other booths just laying on the bottom of my booth, so I guess they don't ever actually tidy up booths like they say they do), and they tell you that YOU are the one who has to advertise your stuff online, so they don't really do anything except check people out at...
Read moreI honestly would give a 5 star based off of coming here and finding great things for a great price, but I have to give a 1 star for my last experience here. I shopped around with my mom and niece and we walked up to checkout we literally stood there for about a full minute as the cashier girl talked to two other employees, right in front of us sitting there waiting, about some school drama or something. We kept waiting thinking they would finally end their conversation but they had no intentions of doing so. I finally patted the counter with my hand and said "Uhhh are you going to check us out?" She only responded with "Yeah" and that was the only time she looked at me. She didn't even tell me how much the total was she just pointed at the screen as she kept talking to the other two employees. Then she laid everything on the counter, didn't fold it or anything, and continued talking. I finally interrupted them and asked her if that was it to which she replied, "Yep" and went back to talking. I normally don't leave negative reviews....but this left such a bad impression on me. The other times I visited I did not have this experience. Really disappointed in this one as this made me not want to spend my money here again. Hopefully they'll train the...
