Arizona Patio Furniture Glendale — Attraction in Glendale

My wife and I visited the Glendale showroom a few years ago and when it was time to make the investment in quality outdoor furniture, we had taken the time to do our homework. This company is local and comes with a great reputation based on our research. Well, today was delivery day! Now, I will be sure and check in down the road for quality purposes, but I can tell you this up to this point.... The showroom ordering process was amazing! TJ was our sales associate and she was the perfect mix of information about the product, but also leave us alone and let us figure out what and how many pieces we want and or need. No pressure, it's a good size investment and she lets the product sell itself while making sure any and all questions are quickly answered. Thank you TJ! Quality takes time to make, and they are making it to order, so if you need it for a party this weekend, maybe try tarchet!!! Right on schedule, about 45 days prior to delivery, cushion material was picked out, all in stock, and as scheduled May delivery was made. Three gents that made the delivery got us unloaded and set up within about 20 minutes to a half hour tops, including a explanation and demo on how to make sure everything is nice and level, particularly because we have pavers, not slab. And of course....Big THANK YOU TO DARLENE! for the wonderful follow up and letting me brag on your company and sharing how YOU ARE THE REAL DEAL. So appreciate you being as advertised!...

I have edited this review based on the level of service I received within 30 min of my previous review. Every company makes mistakes, every employee has a bad day. I was explained by the owner the issue with my order. He was very apologetic and was able to bump up my new delivery. I’d like to note there was some communication issue on my part that might have caused my deliver being a week late. Buy from this company! They are great

I have ordered from this company before with zero mistakes. My latest score is based on my outdoor dining set order. My delivery was scheduled from 12-2pm on feb 28th. I was called twice prior to my delivery to confirm I would be able to be home during my window. 15min before my delivery time I was called and told my table had an issue. My problem with this is not my delay. My problem is companies that call to confirm yet have no idea if my order is ready. Now I have to wait another week for something I have already waited 8-10 weeks for. I am unsure what caused the issue. Is my 7k order like new? Or was it damaged and is now being adjusted. Why was this not seen before when I was called to schedule? No compensation was volunteered. No expedited delivery or sense of a rush to complete was offered. I understand problems happen. You guys need to work on your customer service and they ways you communicate...

This just may be one of the best local companies in the Valley! Their customer service and their quality of work is second to none.

My wife and I originally bought two different patio furniture sets from Costco, and ended up having to return both by 6 months because of the quality not holding up. We were afraid to buy anything else knowing that our Arizona weather just destroys patio furniture. We were very impressed and we pulled the trigger! Although we spent more on this furniture then both sets we got from Costco, we feel that we made a life time investment! Our experiences with AZ Iron furniture since then have been stellar! We did have some warranty work done a little bit later, but again they stand behind their product! Working with their team was easy, no hassles no headaches. They truly stand by their product! They take care of their customers, and they have been a pleasure to work with.
