Sorry about this but from the moment my family and I walked into this restaurant location that evening, the lady first words were "you are not allowed to bring food from another restaurant in here, my boss will be mad at me if he sees you with this" my 5 year old daughter suffers from anxiety and food allergies she felt bad that whole time we sat there, I said it's ok to her we'll eat and be on our way, sure enough the food comes out and the Food was Salty the Pizza sauce the cheese the wings everything was beyond Salty like if they added salt on top of our food on purpose, we took a bite of of food and request boxes and the check to pay but if I had the proper words to say from the beginning of this experience I would not have paid I would have not Opened the door to this restaurant location my family deserves better than this and if that's not enough then a Paying customer should deserve better food and service, google wanted my opinion and when you have nothing nice to say it's better not say anything at all, but my daughter definitely deserves more then just a apology, let's see if your company can make this right. We were looking to find a new awesome pizza place and while the food we actually received was great the service was horrible. The manager Rachel never read the order back to us before leaving, also always heard the stressed out sound in her voice to the point that I didn't even know she was the manager until she put me on hold, forgot about me being on hold and then claimed being the manager.
They sent their driver out to bring us out missing food for our order and he called us twice and was not able to listen to what we were saying and still never brought us our missing food.
Once we called back to get a refund the manager Rachel only wanted to give us a credit, now mind you this was our first time trying this place and it was a diaster why would we ever want a credit. After arguing with her for a few minutes she finally said that she would in fact credit us for the food that we ultimately did not receive which should have happened right away and without arguing.
I would not suggest that anyone try this place as they were clearly under staffed. Worst first impression ever. I would I have given negative ten stars if that...
Read moreHorrible customer service I’ve been coming in there a couple of times now for lunch my husband and I stopped in to get lunch and have drinks I was about six or seven people . wasn’t real busy had drinks order some food as ordering bar maid was busy talking two other employees she put my order in wrong because she was not paying attention I had to wait to get another drink and never ask my husband if he wanted another one she seen that his glass was empty she walked right back around went back talking to other help poor customer service with an attitude Also handling money between her and one of the workers and went to give me a piece of fruit out of the container to put in my drink not once did she wash her hands not a good thing especially in these times of everything going around won’t be backI will continue on going back down the street to Tail Gators where I can get a decent drink good service along...
