Great furniture choices and really nice fabrics! Love that you can choose any fabric for any piece of furniture you buy and it costs the same as the model youâre looking at. Service was great. CORRECTION: Service was not great. Iâve reduced the rating from 5 stars to one. Iâm changing my review since receiving the furniture was a nightmare and the follow customer service was non-existent. When I bought the sofa, I asked the salesman what was included in the price and he said âeverything youâre seeing hereâ depending on the fabric I chose. Without any questioning, I expected that âeverythingâ included the ottoman which was right there and I had placed my handbag on it. The sales receipt had three things on it by number, which I assumed was the sofa, ottoman, and a sofa console. When the delivery didnât include the ottoman and I asked where it was, the delivery people said âitâs back ordered.â And the cabinet was delivered with @ a 9â scratch on the top, even though the delivery people noted on the delivery confirmation that it was âin perfect condition.â When I pointed out the scratch, the delivery person said âtheyâll take care of you and address it immediately because Iâm entering it in the paperwork now. Youâll probably hear from them within 2-3 hours today.â I didnât hear from them so I emailed Living Spaces, included photos of the scratch, and asked about delivery of the âback-ordered ottoman. A very rude and curt woman then called me and said I didnât order the ottoman, and to look at the sales order to prove it. Huh? I saw 2 sofa pieces on the order and wrongly assumed it was the sofa and the ottoman. Instead, she curtly clarified that it was the âloveseat and loungeâ Huh? Im confused. How did that happen when I told the salesman that I wanted the entire group, which I thought was a sofa and an ottoman. She said I would have to come in to order and pay for the ottoman and would also have to pay to have the cabinet picked up, however I couldnât get the same cabinet because the one I purchased was individually made. Not only was she rude, but she constantly and loudly interrupted me which made me realize that Living Spaces is all about the sale. There is no customer service after you pay.    Read moreSo the store is fantastic. However, with both of my purchases from living spaces, issues with delivery arose. The first time I ordered I received a stained and broken couch. That was a battle that lasted months. Onto my most recent order. My husband and I recently looked and for a new bedroom set and he suggested living spaces. I was hesitant given my previous experience but we found a bedroom set we liked and purchased. Delivery comes and the man delivers our bed set only to find out that he doesnât have the necessary materials to actually assemble our furniture. We paid for full service delivery so this sucks. He calls someone named Amber who says another technician will be out to assemble in between 6pm and midnight âŠ. NO ONE CAME!! To me this is simply a matter of respect. Respect my time, and respect the fact you are hired for a service. If you canât hold up your end of the contract then have enough respect for your patrons to actually be truthful. Reach out and communicate as to why the technician didnât show up. I will reaching out to living spaces tomorrow to request either A) a technician comes out with the proper materials to finish the assembly of the bed ASAP or B) refund me the full service delivery (as that did not happen) and ship me the proper materials so I can put together the bed myself. Attached is a photo of my current situation as bolts were missing and the bed cannot be assembled with out the bolts.
Update: After calling, they HAD NO CLUE what I was talking about and my delivery was marked as delivered!!!!! EXCUSE ME!!! Now they are telling me they donât know when a technician will be out. This absolutely insane to me!!! The lack of communication, the lack of empathy for me not having a place to sleep is astonishing. All they had was the corporate bandaid responses.    Read moreWe have a home in Arizona and Florida, we were in Arizona buying furniture for our home there and setting up delivery when we saw another sofa we liked better and considerably more money. My wife used to sell furniture and we are both pro warranty so of course we wanted the warranty on the sofa especially since the cost was 3 times a much. They said the receipt would be emailed and we set up delivery. Unfortunately Hurricane Helene and Milton was hitting Florida thus we had to leave as we have pets they needed us to return back to Florida. Today is the first day I have had a chance to check for receipt and thus it was not there so we called to get receipt emailed to us, upon receiving the receipt we noticed the warranty was not on there we knew the cost was $542 but was no where on our receipt. I called immediately explained to the service person what transpired and her smug ass self just said too bad you can't return it you are over 7 days, and warranty is 72 hours. This was not our mistake this was the mistake of Living Spaces, you didn't give us a receipt in person and wanted everything handled by email. They keep priding themselves on the google reviews and look at yelp reviews it says it all. You have lost a good customer and hopefully this review will deter others from shopping there as well. Facing hurricanes and emergencies and then a company that doesnât recognize this is absolutely absurd. I defended this country for 21 years in the US Army and to see big box companies running business like this absolutely the worst.
