Tailgaters Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Glendale

I normally don’t post reviews but I’m switching it up this year. This was my 2nd time visiting tailgaters on 60th Ave and Bell. I decided to take my brother with me since he like dry rub wings. We got there around 630pm. The wings and fries were very flavorful, the cocktails were great, reasonably priced, nice atmosphere, waitress very attentive and kind. As we were sitting in our booth, i was observing the bar area and the two bartenders were so friendly, polite and laughing with customers as they made drinks! It was nice to see the staff engaged with customers while getting the job done! I do observe staff, not just my waitress/waiter wherever I dine just to see how customers are being treated. Customer service is highly important to me and makes a difference as to whether I will return and spread the word. Here’s my comment to the staff: keep up the good work! Try to provide that great customer service that I experienced everyday you work, this will keep us coming back! Some days will be harder than others, all customers level of expectations are different so don’t take it personal if they are not satisfied, how you respond and try to correct the issue makes ALL the difference! To the chef: please continue to provide the same quality of food that I experienced on both occasions daily, it will definitely keep me and others coming back! Enjoy...

It's December and I can honestly say this is the worst place I've eaten in 2017. My wife and I went here for Monday Night Football and the place is quite large but was totally empty except the regulars at the bar. I should have known not to go in since the lack of patrons in such a large place is never a good sign. I ordered a chicken fajita burro. It had chicken cubes in it like you can buy in the frozen isle at the grocery store. They were rock hard and tasteless. The burro didn't even have fresh grilled bell peppers or onions - again they looked to be frozen prior. The side of beans were tasteless. I think the line cook opened a can of refried beans and reheated them. My wife ordered a burger medium-well done. Look at the picture I posted, it was red and cold in the middle and the bun was stale. They did manage to make decent fries which is why I gave them 1 star. I told our server how terrible the food was and how disappointed we were. She was apologetic but no management came to the table to rectify the complaints. 12/06/19 around 7 pm my Husband and I went to have dinner we sat near the bar. We had been in this establishment twice before. We had an appetizer a couple of drinks, pizza and a sub. We soon notice a costumer ran outside and opened the door while vomiting. This almost ruined our appetite, our food was on the way so we ignored it. Maybe 20 min later the same guy comes by our table almost throws a chair and he storms out of the bar again. We shouted for a manager to take care of this. There was probably 6 other costumers that were upset as well. Management said “he comes in all the time, he is just having a bad night, but we will send him home”. Sure enough the same guy comes back in and gets the talk and keeps on having a good time. We spent $58 in this establishment to have our great dinner ruined by a drunk guy at 7 pm on a Friday night.
