AutoZone Auto Parts — Attraction in Glendale

About two weeks back we had some issues with my boyfriend's truck battery. We went into the autozone to pick up another battery.

...only to discover that the terminals were rusted and needed to be replaced. This prompted a return visit.

On our second visit, we went to pay for the terminals. The employee at the register pointed out that we had actually picked up the wrong terminal types. They took us back over the wall and showed us the correct ones for the truck.

The manager told us we could switch out the terminals in the parking lot. That way if we needed any other parts, we were right there. This was extremely helpful it would turn out....

One of the terminals was so bad, we couldn't get it off to replace. The same manager offered to come out and managed to remove the terminal for us.

The first guy i talked to seemed like he wasnt terribly sure how to work on a car. He knew the system and most of the parts, but if you take away the computer and he would be lost. However, as obviously frustrating as that would be, another gentleman swept in and saved the day. Helping me research parts and prices, ordering one for immediate need, etc. Just when the cost started to raise my blood pressure, not to mention how much time it would take a rookie like me, a mechanic jumped in and offered to help!
