Top notch service and professionalism. Dr. Yuan graduated from Johns Hopkins University Medical School after an undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley. She did a residency at Cedars. Her educational background isn't to be questioned but it was her personal demeanor that impressed me. The appointment was so thorough, the questions so thoughtful, and the treatment of the patient so empathetic, that I knew we made a great decision to see her.

We had a surgery scheduled elsewhere that was postponed within two weeks of the date of surgery. Dr. Yuan met within us three days of the postponement. It was out of network for our insurance coverage and all was set up through Melody, her office assistant who couldn't be nicer nor more communicative. No guesswork here, all explained. They will get through barriers of bureaucracy if possible. And they will find a way to help. Real compassion.

The office itself is in a building with free parking, not an easy find in this area. Quick aside, the views of the mountains from the patient rooms are astounding. Alll the equipment and furniture is pristine and good luck finding any dust or lint.

When going under the knife or arranging a surgery for a loved one, you need to have trust and faith in the surgeon and the journey from start to after care. Building that trust quickly to schedule a surgery is a hard ask. Yet, it developed over the time spent in the consolation and with the absolute professionalism throughout the booking experience and initial consultation.

Dr. Yuan also provided pictures of successful surgeries she has completed. All in all, a first class experience with genuine human connection that isn't easy to describe but you will know it when you feel it. Certainly worth your time to seek her opinion and see if it is a fit...

Dr Yuan is an incredibly talented and kind surgeon and I’m so grateful for her help. I had my original mastectomy and reconstruction with under the muscle implants in 2019/2020. I am young and active and the under the muscle implants bothered me while I was working out and created a lot of shoulder and back pain for me. When I brought this to my original surgeons attention, he dismissed me and refused to revise the surgery. Fast forward a ton of research, calling about 20-something plastic surgeons and kept getting frustrated - they either wouldn’t take my case or if they would, they refused to work with my insurance. Enter: dr Yuan. During our first meeting she confirmed that what I wanted to do was possible as well as fixing my scars (which were still bright purple 3 years later) AND agreed to work with my insurance.

I’m currently 5 weeks out of my revision surgery w dr yuan and I can confidently say how talented she is. My breasts not only look so much better than before but I also feel so much more comfortable which was my primary goal. She takes the time w me, answers my questions and is meticulous with her work.
