Took my kids and their friend here, we absolutely loved it! They're 14 & 11 and we could not get enough of the slide that launches you into air onto a soft mat. 2 hrs was perfect and fairly priced in comparison to Sky Zone and Altitude. We arrived around 1pm on a Sunday and had plenty of space between jumpers and opportunities to do anything we wanted. Their Ninja Warrior course was tough! It seems like it is made for adults or teens with great agility because the swing and grips are like 7+ ft off mat. I want to suggest to my husband and brother to book thier birthday parties here because it was fun and thier packages seem reasonably priced for parties. Food items limited for GF vegan diet, maybe a bag of potato chips. Their fries look coated with flour, they serve pizza and beers for the adults (with a rule you can't jump if you drink). Will return, got lots of fun slow mo videos of us coming off slide.

My kiddo loved this place! We spent over 3 hours here and she would have stayed longer if she could have. There are plenty of activities to stay entertained. Even teenagers are there enjoying themselves! I’d say that’s definitely a win. I would say that there isn’t enough seating, but there is. It’s just an issue if you want to watch your kiddo from a seat. But you can walk around to do that. There is a ton of seating at the cafe. It was cool to see that the pickle ball place next door can be accessed through the cafe too! And for parents… they serve adult beverages as well, but it can’t leave the cafe seating area. Long story short: it’s a blast for kids of all ages, it’s clean, staff was friendly and even adults can enjoy themselves. As with all of the indoor places, buying tickets and signing waivers ahead of time saves time!

The kids had a blast, plenty of space and options to select from. Watching them run from rock climbing to slides and back to various trampoline activities was exciting. Lily was super nice, knowledgeable, helpful, and made the trip even easier than we could ask for. They have a fair amount of private rooms for those birthday events. Food area has plenty of seating and tables as well. Clean and well lit. Parking lot has more than enough spot to accommodate just about any group or groups. Restrooms were pretty clean considering that it is often filled with kids. We will definitely be back in the Future.

Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service at Stratosphere Trampoline Park

We recently attended a birthday party at Stratosphere Trampoline Park from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. While the kids enjoyed the jumping portion, the overall experience was disappointing due to poor customer service and an inflexible, unreasonable policy that took away from what should have been a special celebration.

The last 30 minutes of the reservation (7:00–7:30) were set aside for the party room—for pizza, cake, and goodbyes. Some kids, however, had already eaten and naturally wanted to keep jumping. We weren’t asking for anything extra—we were still within our paid reservation window. But they were told they could not jump during that time, simply because it was the “party room” portion. That logic makes no sense. If you are still in the facility and still within your reserved time, why prevent kids from jumping?

I started to raise this question with a staff member on the way to the front desk, and she was already dismissive. When I got to the manager, I hadn’t even spoken yet before she started angrily pointing at the schedule and interrupting me. I was shocked—I hadn’t even explained my concern. She was visibly irritated and unprofessional, which was completely unnecessary and frankly unacceptable.

While the food was great, and the servers were polite, they were also very slow—even with basics like getting water. The pacing was off, and it added to the overall frustration.

Other trampoline parks like Sky Zone not only handle similar situations with more flexibility, but their staff are friendly, courteous, and focused on making the experience smooth. At Stratosphere, we felt rushed out and talked down to.

We will not be returning, and I would not recommend booking a party here. A place that caters to kids should know how to treat customers with respect and make birthday parties feel...

We just hosted my son’s birthday party there . The place is nice , it is opened and bright and you can monitor the kids while they play . Now , the party situation is a different story . The party room was supposed to be ready at 2:30. It was 2:40 and the room was a mess . My host Maya had the food ready on one of the tables outside the room . I asked why is the room not ready , she said there was another party in the room and it needed to be flipped but the kids could stay ion the table outside and eat there . I disagreed as when I booked , it clearly said you get a room . Maya cleared the room and we all went in . She served the pizzas and drinks and I indicated we should do the cake in 10 minutes . She left and never came back ! I went to the cafe and asked for her, I was told she was really busy . I told the person at the cafe I need a knive and lighter to cut the cake . I’m been told my host can’t help me with the cake because she is really busy . I clarified not minding doing the cake myself which I didn’t , just needed the lighter and the knives . My host never returned to the room . At checkout , I was asked how the experience was , I was honest , Maya’s personality is great but she wasn’t available . The front desk said Maya is too popular and there is only so much they can do ! I did said Maya is a nice girl but when booking a party we expect someone from the staff to assist and to be available . The front desk girl kept saying they have so much parties and they can be there . I am disappointed for the service received during the party time . I suggest the venue has more staff available to host during the party time . Not...

Used to love taking my kids to this place but had a horrible experience the last time visiting and will not recommend this place. First of all the staff doesn't really do anything. It's just a free for all when it's busy and all the smaller kids were running and jumping the correct way when a group of teenagers just came running back and forth through the sides of the trampolines and kept knocking little kids down and laughing one being my son so I went and told them to knock it off and of course the employee just stood and watched over and over as little kids were getting knocked down. So I brought my kids over to the basketball area to get them away from that. We played for not even 5mins when the teenagers of course went over there. We just kept playing and the young employee working over there told us to move to the other hoop so the teenagers could play on that one. I said someone else is playing on that one and I told him to have them play somewhere else. He then took the ball and gave it to them. So being an adult instead of flipping out in front of my kids I went and told the manager that I wanted a refund and we just left. I'm just shocked that I spend almost $200 and am treated like that. Very disappointed that they allow things like...
