Person taking orders helped the person who showed up five min and 48 sec later than me.(most likely a female friend of his) When I told him I was there almost 6 minutes before her. He told me the guy in front of him will get me. I asked him do you not hop back-and-forth between lanes? He laughs and says that’s not my business!!!! I said can I have your name for a complaint? He says ask up front if you want but nothing will happen Karen! Whew!!!!!!!!!! I’m taking every route to report him.. I’ll update this after their manager responds to my email that I got from corporate.
So as usual with Dutch Bros the response to my complaint was met with pure professionalism. I received a call this morning requesting more information so they could look at video! Amazing cause I’ve never heard of a company being so thorough immediately. I am highly impressed with their customer service!!! I know one person does not make up Dutch Bros and the situation I had,has not only never happened,I have never had anything but amazing interactions with every employee I’ve ever come across. Other than this one person,who most likely had a rough morning or maybe needs a check from management. Either way I just wanted Dutch Bros to know in case his attitude happens to continue, this way there’s documentation of him doing it previously (or maybe this is the sec time) but either way if I say nothing and continue to make Dutch Bros (who’s amazing again!) look like they allow that attitude. Read more5724 W Bell Rd, Glendale, AZ 85308 The WORST DUTCH BRO EVER!!!! I get the same drink. The same way every day. Someday, I just take what they give me even when it isn't what I pay for. I pay for extra shots and almond milk every day! TODAY I wanted my money's worth. Asked the girl if it was made correctly, and she said yes. I didn't agree and asked for a remake. That remake came with a lot of attitude. I asked for it to be made UPSIDE DOWN (a trick I learned from working at Starbucks in my early 20s.). She said yes but poured my expresso over the top, clearly not what I wanted. I choose almond milk because I'm HIGHLY LACTOSE. She gave me oatmilk. Oatmilk is too creamy and heavy for me and hurts my stomach. At the end, she asked if I wanted to stir it too, all while she had the mixing stick in her hand, and I said might as well. She proceeds to aggressively stir it, and the espresso I PAID FOR WAS SPEWING out. My daughter and I left upset because IT STILL WASN'T WHAT I PAID FOR. So we went to the DUTCH BROS on 13929 N 83rd Ave, Peoria, AZ 85381.... they never make my drink wrong at this store. The picture is the comparison between the right way and the wrong way. All in all, I've lost money since we moved to this area, and I made the unfortunate decision to keep getting my drink at 5724 W Bell Rd, Glendale, AZ 85308. Now I have my delicious drink and two nasty subpar drinks in my refrigerator, just going to waste because the girl with the glasses, Burnette hair, and the clip. Read moreI have always ordered the same drink and have only experienced 1 bad experience in over 3 years....That is until this week...Both yesterday as well as today that same drink tasted horribly bitter and gross... Yesterday we had to drive back to have it remade...The second one was very good...and was made by a different person...Today I tasted it before leaving the drive thru and once again it was extremely bitter and gross...We asked that it be remade...They had the same young man who made the first one make it...After 2 sips...it too was undrinkable...Not wanting to hold up those customers behind us we drove around and returned to the walk up service window...The young man there was hugging and talking love to the young woman at the window...When he seen us he went to say goodbye to her... only then she wanted to order something...thus making us wait...We are assuming they were a couple....As we waited the love talk continued....totally inappropriate when you are being paid to work!....Again we explained the issue with my drink and waited for it to be made again....third time.... One young woman stated she had entered it in incorrectly........twice! I pay almost $10 for my drink....I always tip.....I should not have to return to have it remade.....I have never had such issues at any other location....I find this unacceptable... There is obviously a personal and/or training issue at this location that needs to be addressed ....Could you please look into this so this does not continue to happen?....
