We chose this hotel because of it's location to where we needed to be. It was clean, and the beds and pillows are pretty comfy, but its nothing special amd there are probably other better options. It kind of feels like it was an old motel that Hilton bought and renovated to make the Spark. The AC ran so loud that every time it kicked on it statled us awake and rattled the bed closest to it. The walls/windows are paper thin. We were continually woken up by road noise and when we could hear just about every rooms TV through the hallway doors and the walls. When we checked in the front desk person was accommodating but not particularly warm or inviting. The night and overnight front desk people were much better. Often times the front desk was unattended leaving us waiting for 5+ minutes just to ask a question. An employee had their white mustang parked directly outside the front doors under the overhang most all day, (we saw it parked there for 5 hours), blocking part of the driveway check in / unloading area. When we arrived there were several cars stuck there waiting for the front cars to move so they could get out because his car wasn't moving but people didnt realize he wasn't going to move. It made it very inconvenient for everyone else who had to wait, back up or maneuver around him. We had a long travel day and were trying to rest in our room midday, but housekeeping was playing music so loud while they cleaned rooms, and the walls were so thin, that we couldn't truly relax. The TV also has issues. The guide is either wrong or more likely showing the east coast stream of a many channels, so when you find something you want to watch, for over half the channels, it's not actually on. I'm thankful for the newness of things, but if thia hotel is new, there are small details overlooked that couls be a safety hazard...the lamps in the room, all still have their clear plastic on them. Luckily we noticed this and didn't use the lamps. It is nice that they have coffee and tea available all day in the lobby. They offer breakfast, but it's pretty diappointing, even for a hotel breakfast. If you are ok with cereal, don't have allergies and can eat a banana nut muffin, want a tiny apple or orange, or want vanilla yogurt, then you'll be fine. All in all, its fine, but to me the Spark hotel seems to be the Motel 6 version of the Hilton chain.

I feel like it was a great price we stayed with one bedroom and the tv was kinda slow but it was fine and the bathroom was pretty big and the breakfast eh they didn’t have any waffle makers kinda sad but rest was good and the bed was very comfortable and yeah I do recommend it :)

The staff was friendly and housekeeping came regularly, which I appreciated. However, I found multiple cockroaches in the bathroom and the walls were very thin, which impacted my stay.

As a Hilton Gold member, I chose this hotel for its convenient location near the baseball fields where we had a tournament. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations.

Check-in Experience: The check-in process was underwhelming. I did not receive the Hilton member reward upon arrival, nor was it offered. I had to ask the next day for water, and even then, the snack portion of the reward was never provided. The staff, while not rude, were not particularly helpful or engaging—just average at best.

Room & Amenities: The room itself was clean and featured new furniture, but the quality of the furnishings felt subpar. The hallways had a strong smell of paint, likely due to recent renovations. Contractors were actively working on-site during our stay, but there were no notices or communication from the hotel about this, which would have been appreciated. Basic information, such as the location of the ice machine or details about the bagel breakfast bar, was not provided during check-in, leaving me to figure it out myself.

Breakfast & Facilities: The bagel breakfast bar was disappointing, with very limited offerings, and the orange juice tasted overly watered down. There is only one elevator on the property, and it was painfully slow—walking the stairs was often the faster option.

Post-Check-Out Surprise: After checking out, I discovered a $15 damage fee on my credit card statement. When I followed up, I was informed it was for a stained washcloth. The stain was from dirt at the baseball field, and I strongly question if the dirt could not have been cleaned, as we were able to wash my son's white baseball pants with no issue. This charge felt excessive and unnecessary, further dampening the experience.

Overall Impression: This stay was a disappointment, particularly as a Hilton Gold member redeeming reward points. While the location was convenient and the room itself was clean, the lack of service, mediocre amenities, and unexpected charges left a sour impression. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying at Spark by Hilton and will not be returning. It’s a classic case of “you get what you pay for.”...

I stayed here because it was the closest lodging to Banner Hospital on Thinderbird. It was also a good price. There was a reason for that. They are remodeling. When I entered the lobby, the floor was partially tiled, but there was no furniture. The front desk was just constructed and there were signs on it that said, "Do not touch." Check in was reasonably fast. My room was 114.||First off, room 114 was a dead zone for my cell phone. My carrier is T Mobile and my phone Is a simple flip phone. The room was clean but it was obvious that the patch and spackle crew had recently made repairs. I wanted a few extra towels and talked with the house keeping person who was in the hall. Her name is Maya and we were able to communicate with my limited Spanish and her limited English. We did laugh a lot.||I had tried the phone in the room and it didn't work. Hmmm - cell phone doesn't work and room phone doesn't work. So I walked down to the front desk and reported it. I was told that maintenance comes in at 9 am and that they would fix it. When I was locking up for the evening, I flipped the security fastener in place and it fell off the door.||The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and despite the remodel work, it was quiet. This is a pet friendly hotel. The only disturbance was at 7 am when another guest was leaving with a yappy little dog.||The bathroom was a nice size and there was good pressure and lots of hot water. The repair to the phone and door were made. ||It was kind of fun to return from the hospital each day and see the remodel progress in the lobby.||I stayed for 5 days and really can't complain. I received a good rate and had...
