Vera Bradley Outlet — Attraction in Gloucester Township

I’m not a Vera Bradley shopper so I will not comment on their merchandise. I feel people who shop at this store are already familiar with their products.

With that said, I can only review their service, which is the reason for the rating. I was gifted Vera for Christmas and as I’ve said I’m not a fan. I entered the store and instantly felt not welcomed. I went to the register and asked if I would be able to return some items and was told it would have to be an exchange at the lowest price because it was February. Didn’t seem right but fine. I shopped the store looking for an exchange and settled on something I didn’t want but could live with. Did the exchange and left. But the transaction didn’t sit right with me so I read the policy on the receipt and I was well within my time to exchange. The employee never looked at my receipt never scanned the barcode just returned at the low price. I went back told her what I read and she still didn’t want to return it. (I was not returning seasonal merchandise) Her coworker came over and she continued to tell me the same thing. I asked them to at least check my receipt and scan it. The date is on the receipt. Every time I go into this store, the sales associates are extremely helpful and friendly. They are willing to help you find what ever you need and provide suggestions if you are looking for something in particular. If they are stocking the shelves they will stop and answer any question or questions you my have instead of asking someone else to do it so they can get their work done ASAP. This will even happen if they are about to close, which I have experienced many times before in other stores. I will only shop at this Vera Bradley. Anytime I visit the Gloucester Outlets, this store is a must for me to visit, even in the midst of COVID19 limitations. Today I had to stand outside in a short line that moved fairly quickly. Both the ground outside and the floor inside were marked for people to social distance. The amount of customers allowed inside was limited.
