Being a small person with pain issues, I have struggled for years to find a bed setup that worked for me. Couches often worked better. The folks at FoamOnline gave me great advice about where to start finding a foam for my bed that was similar to my 'couch comfort'. I went with the lux foam, which is very nice to work with. It was great to be able to order custom sizes. Do be aware that if you order a small sample first, it squishes more easily because the edges pull in, so it's easy to overestimate the 'give' for a larger piece. It's probably worth the money to order a seat-sized sample, so you can feel it more accurately. I ended up liking the softest foam best, and yet it still gives good support. Anyway, my orders always came cut perfectly, wrapped well, and they aired out nicely without much smell at all! Custom cuts do take a little extra time to arrive, and I am all the way in Colorado, so give yourself time for this if you are far from CA. That said, the folks at FoamOnline made a super effort to get a custom pad to Central CA in time for me to visit family there. I'm really grateful! Another helpful thing was that when I talked to them on the phone, they gave suggestions for making fabric covers for the foam. These tips helped, and my covers came out great. All in all, the folks at this business really know their stuff, and are happy to help out. I heartily recommend them. I think FoamOnline is really Fantastic.. I called them because I really was having a hard time coming up with the proper density Foam.. I just happen to be a Paraplegic and my injury effects my Second Lumber.. it means I can do things that most Paraplegic can't do . I can lean all over without falling over.. I just happen to have my trunk muscles.. and I have been climbing around with my upper body for since I was Fifteen. And I am now Sixty Five.. let's just say this Cushon doesn't have to have alot of give and I really don't need a pressure reading under my behind.. and that being said .. I need my Cushon for comfort and no give in the pressure points like most Paraplegics .. iv done everything from this Wheelchair since my Injury hampered my ability and I couldn't find a Cushon that I was looking for and FoamOnline really did it for me and provided me with the proper Cushon that best fits my needs .. these people really know what they are doing when it comes to others needs when it comes to Foam products and the density that will be right for your needs.. thank you so much and that's all I can say for myself.. When we placed the order the foam roll I had ordered is pretty huge and we were expecting a large package which the package had arrived pleasantly fast. The only issue I ran into was we were expecting a large package, not even considering the fact that foam can be Shrink wrapped, and we searched the yard everywhere, trying to figure out where it had gotten delivered to as we had gotten notified about it. So finally, we decided to check the mailbox concerned that I had paid a large amount of money for a tiny thing of foam And when my husband brought in the package, we were concerned until I cut the plastic, and instantly realized that it had been shrink wrapped, and as soon as I cut open the package, the foam started expanding and needless to say it was a very hilarious moment! 😅🤣 thank you so much for the order!
