Went in to this location 10/20/22 (1:30pm) Unlike normal we were able to find two pairs of shoes for myself and two For my kids. Get to the register and when checking out there is no way for the customer to see or check pricing, only the cashier can see it. Pricing does not come up on the pin pad. Two pairs of the shoes were incorrectly priced and charged. I went to the aisle and brought tags from opposite sides of the store to the register. Manager Nicole became defensive and stated “These tags expired 10/18/22”. And also “I did not close Tuesday night” “I am not sure who did not pull these tags down” she proceeded to immediately wrinkle the tags to toss out. Nicole did not offer a solution to me as a customer. I stated “I would like the correct pricing”. Nicole proceeded to give reasons why the pricing was not correct. I let her know as a customer “I do not do your pricing” and “customers are not concerned with who did not do what they were supposed to do and when”. Read moreI'm giving a 5 for customer service. I was looking for a dress shoe and I needed something NOW. I had to leave for a trip and being late was not an option. This was my first time in the store and it looked like there were only a small selection of dress shoes. To make matters worse, I wear women's 11, which really isn't stocked often in many stores. I asked someone for help, they asked afar I was looking for, and then two staff members immediately began looking for me. One of them was called away, but the other one helped me until we found a shoe that might work. I ended up buying a size 10, which was too small, but matched my dress and I only needed to wear them for a short time. If time weren't an issue, I would have passed on the shoes, but this was the best option in my situation. I wish I knew the names of the staff, but they really went above and beyond. You really don't see much of that behavior these days. I really appreciate and am super grateful...

But when I arrived there was one young woman seems like she was counting change The other woman was assisting a customer so I patiently waited my turn next thing you know a customer just walked right up to she proceeded to help himp when I said something I said I didn't know she was open and able to take customers I should have been the next person in line to be assisted what look to be the manager upfront simply said oh I didn't know she was open either while the young lady continue to help the customer not once did she apologize say I'll be with you in a moment I'm going to get the next person in line nothing not a care to the world.
