Brookshire's — Attraction in Granbury

Store temperature was very cold!! BETTER than being too warm though. ALWAYS has the very best service in the meat market, as well as personal attention from market employees. Willing to cut meat on the spot to please. You'll always host the popular BBQ PARTY on the block or neighborhood with advice and YOUR CHOICE of meats that will, you can count on it, be to your satisfaction. The Bakery is always on point. Last minutes til Birthday party starts, I've got 30 minutes left to sit in downtown traffic. Guess what??? I make a phone call to the Bakery....tell them my absent minded screw up of not placing the necessary order for my kids' cake. ...(gosh I need a stiff drink at this time) so through with the traffic, headed to the Bakery with my imaginary margarita. Enter the store, notice the 300 other's in the check out lanes and get the cake. NO WAIT ...THEY HAD IT READY!!!! THANKS AGAIN FOR SAVING THE BIRTHDAY PARTY. NOW, NOW, NOW, LOOK OUT - I HOPE THE LINE AT THE LIQUOR STORE IS SHORT. THEIR NEW NICKNAME FROM HERE ON OUT IS " LIFE...

It was after 9 pm when we wandered into the store for a few items. From shopping at other stores these prices seem higher than they are in Tyler Texas home of Brookshire's. There are several other area grocery stores in Granbury but I can't seem to understand the pricing in order to stay in business with other competitors. It was also a bit concerning that 2 or 3 families were allowing the kids and a couple of the adults to play kick ball in the store? At check out I was waiting for the cashier to tally the total before handing her a birthday card so it did not get damaged. I was I guess offended by the male grocery sacker who accused me of stealing by handing the cashier the card late. Jokingly saying that I was paying for the card late and concealing other items. I wasn't too happy about that at all.it may have been said in a joking manner to him but for me closing in on retirement age have no need to steal or feel appauled by this young...

I am new to Granbury, live 3 minutes away from Brookshire’s, I am not a price watcher . Purchased some of my usual groceries.Bill came to 71.00 , thought to my self sounds little more then usual. I just took a look at my receipt . This place is out of bounds on their prices . Want be back !

Want bore you with the rest , they were more expensive on just about all there items .
