I just rented one of their smallest units and I am very pleased with this business. I love the fact that it’s climate controlled. The gentleman that was working for the counter was extremely nice and extremely helpful. I also like the fact that you can rent your unit online And once completed all you have to do is go in and set your gate code and you’re done. The inside area was extremely clean. My unit is on the second floor and the elevator was extremely helpful and the flat carts that they provide to bring things up to your unit were also extremely helpful.Definitely a top-notch storage facility and one of the nicest I have been in. I was looking for a climate controlled unit that was reasonably priced and have staff to help, Store House met the need! Stefanie helped me get signed up with the unit we rented and did a phenomenal job. There was a glitch in their system that charged me more than it should have been.
