Working with Zane has been great, very solid guy, and tremendously helpful. I can be indecisive at times with purchases even after thinking I had made a good decision. I leaned on him and his expertise to help guide me on that final mile of the decision making process, that being the purchase. I asked him for his thoughts and advise on what I was looking at, and he delivered with his professional, no pressure approach. He gave me his honest opinion and offered his professional guidance on my final decision, helping me to make the right decision by discussing things I hadn't thought about. Very solid, honest, and solid guy that really helped me feel good about my purchase as opposed to potential regret. Took my ring in to be sized on my lunch hour the person working refused to make eye contact with me so when I asked her if she could please take my ring for resizing she said well I was working with these people but I guess. did not give me a receipt for the fact that I dropped my ring off so I'm not even sure I will be getting it back. Also this was purchased as a gift and did not take my phone number to let me know when it was done just said they would call the person who purchased the ring.this was purchased as a gift and the person who purchased it lives three and a half hours away from me. Overall I feel like I was a burden and not somebody they wanted to do business with. highly recommend purchasing from a different store if this is how they treat their customers.
