Went in last night to purchase a mirror. We noticed some decent scratched on the wood frame, manager said usually we only do 10% but i can do 25% since its so damaged. We said perfect we will take it and then she talked us into signing up for the card for an extra 10% off. Once we checked out, she also talked me into doing a cancer donation, the total went right on the account so I didnt even see what it was as she was telling me about the card while it processed. Husband and I left and he was looking at the receipt and noticed she only gave us 13.5% off. I called next day to ask and she said she would never offer 25% off but she gave us $25 off.
