I'll start with the highlights as it's a short list. The pickles were crunchy and the service wasn't bad. That's it. The rest sucked. Let's start with the food, the burgers were bland AF the meats not even lightly salted, the toppings had no flavour. Tomato? Bland. Mushroom? Bland. Pickles? Crunchy but bland. The burgers were also greasy as heck and made my stomach boil. The fries were burnt, the not burnt ones were adequate when hot. The atmosphere sucked, everything was dirty. I watched someone sweep and it was still dirty all over the floor. I only noticed the cleaning due to them slamming the chairs about. Speaking of the chairs be careful, they grab hair. This is pretty bad for fast food and if I payed like 5 bucks for that from Wendy's I wouldn't be that mad that's a 3/5 a 4/5 if the servers are at all extra, but Wendy's this is not. For 3 people getting the cheapest items for all 3 that was $50.... No I'm not joking. Subpar day at Wendy's tasting food for $50. There's a cafe next door, a famous Dave down the road a Freddie's across the street. If you are reading this and on the fence go anywhere else. 357 reloaded has good fries and burgers. I will never be back to any 5 guys, considering it'll cost you 100 to feed five guys with food that tastes like a McDonald's trainee tried their best but it wasn't quite...
Read moreThe burgers are really good and I love the fries too! Keep hearing the Cajun fries are even better, but haven't tried them. Not a fan of the shakes, but I've only tried strawberry. I love how everything is fresh made right there. However, I've only been once, and other people who had gotten there after us were getting their food, and we only ordered 2 burgers and a fry. We waited about 30 minutes, then went up and asked and I guess they don't put in the fries till they call ur name. Our burgers had been sitting there apparently, but we had never been called, as the fries were not in the bag. The guy basically told us someone else placed the bag of our food up there and didn't inform him, so our food was forgotten about. That was frustrating, so I would suggest paying attention to the bags placed up there when you order, so you can eat ur food fresh. It would have been nice if they offered to correct their mistake, but it's whatever. Once I did get my burger it was wrong, and I told them and the lady who took my order was very sweet and apologetic and my new one got made RIGHT AWAY. I appreciated that they did correct that. The fry servings are large which is great and I think the burgers are really good size too. Will definitely...
Read moreBeing a great fan of Five Guys and having visited many locations in US and Spain and France...we were excited to have a Five Guys open up in Grand Junction CO. Sadly, everything was wrong. We arrived at 4pm 11/23/22 to beat the rush. EVERY single table in the restaurant was dirty. We asked for a rag so we could clean a table to sit at. The floor was covered with trash. Here is where the big disappointment was. French fries were stale soggy and luke warm. They numbered the burgers wrong so we each ended up taking bites out of each others burgers. Meat was over cooked. There appeared to be enough employees standing around to have cleaned the floors and tables. The communication with two of the employees was very awkward and not customer oriented. PLEASE fix these issues or the GJ location will be one of the few Five Guys restaurants to fail and close the doors. Expectations are high when you go there and this was so bad. We will give it another try but if the same issues persist then this is a Not For Long restaurant in my opinion. I gave it two stars only because the shake was...
