We googled local delis for sandwiches to go on our hikes at the national monument. We came across this place. Holy WOW. The inside is so adorable and smells of various breads. They sell fresh bread that was extremely tempting to purchase. We ordered sandwiches to go. We observed many delicious bowls and salads that made me second guess my choice. However. I got the florentine. He got the bacon avocado ranch sandwich. We sampled each. Wow. These sandwiches were absolutely amazing. I wish I lived in this area so I could return here on the daily. The cookie was ok. I’m a fan of milk chocolate chips, but it hit the spot. The only downside was the lack of adequate room to wait for the sandwiches to be done.

We got iced lattes and 2 sandwiches for lunch and both enjoyed the sandwiches! I had the chicken salad sandwich which i really enjoyed and my partner got the hot/grilled turkey green chili (or something along those lines) sandwich (which i also tried and thought it was tasty!) We also got a load of seeded whole grain bread to take home and it has been great for breakfast sandwiches and avocado toast! I do think its a little pricey but sadly things are hard for restaurants regarding pricing of foods/ingredients. The girl working the register was kind and friendly.

Best chicken-wild rice soup I’ve ever had with a delish pumpkin muffin. Best cinnamon roll in GJ! BEST sourdough loaf! The Cinnaburst bread is amazing - as is the Honey White Wheat- wonderful for toast or sandwiches. Service is fast and friendly and prices are great for fresh baked and healthy goods. I’m so happy to find GHB ‘cos I was missing my Panera and Kneaders back home. It’s tucked in between TJMaxx & Petco, check it out!

I had a horrible experience and will never be back again. I went in last night with my children to grab a quick bite. I wasn’t even inside the shop and I was already getting glared at through the window, I slowly opened the door and peaked in asked hey there are yall still open? The teenage girl rolled her eyes and looked at the older man working with her and laughed, he said ummm yeah but I’m only making cold sandwiches I’m like okay yeah that’s fine. Once we entered they both side eyed each other. I started to look around for the menu and he proceeded to very rudely say the bread to purchase is over there I was confused and asked him did you not say I could purchase a sandwich he yells and says yeah a cold sandwich I said okay well I don’t want to buy bread is that what you’re offering me? He yells at me in front of my children pointing at the clock saying that they were closing in 5 minutes and starts ranting I couldn’t even make out everything that was being said because he was mumbling. The whole time I didn’t even realize they were closing. I then said okay so are you open or not do you want to make me one sandwich or not? The girl was just smirking the whole time and he yells at me now we are closing in two minutes. I grabbed my children and started walking out he’ yells thank you thank you so much for leaving. My kids were so embarrassed saying he could’ve just said nicely I’m sorry we are closed if he didn’t want to make us one sandwich.

I’m so disgusted by the way I was treated. I have never in my life been treated this way at all. Had it been white folks that went in bet they’d get their sandwich with...

The food was bare minimum expected of the price and that's a compliment and the service brought it from a 3-4 to a 1. So the service we walk in and their a traffic to the line we hop into the back... Someone cuts Infront of us. Okay not their fault and they may not have seen it. Where the service goes from lackluster to awful was the ordering, we order a BLT and a Portobello Bánh-mì. After we order we are asked ”Do you have a great harvest rewards card" No we don't, though I was interested. "Oh do you want one.. oh I don't know how to do I shouldn't have asked"... What... Ask a manager if you don't know, no shame in it. The kicker to that part is she later got someone else signed up for it... I'll give her the benefit of the doubt that it wasn't a weird profiling or something and a manager talked to her. She then did not offer drinks or chips, and when handing back change just shoved the money in my hand, no counting it back or anything. One rude employee is one thing but the hour and a half we were there even during the quiet parts a table was never once washed or cleaned off despite having sauce and crumbs on them.

The food itself wasn't good either. My portobello Bánh-Mì was pretty okay and well balanced but I left feeling hungry. The BLT was VERY lack luster and, way to much bread for 2 pieces of Bacon and sure bacons pricey so I don't expect a kings ransom of it (tho for the price I expect some in every bite) but the tomato was super space too leaving it tasting like gummy bread and butter lettuce.

Just go to subway, better prices and it may be more processed but you won't...

They bake their sweet treats, cake breads, and breads fresh every day. They have sandwiches that are made when you order them, for extra you can get chips and/or a drink with your sandwich, or you can get a soup to go with your sandwich or just have the soup; which is really good also. They can slice your bread choice for free except the cake breads; the slicing machine will not slice them. They also have gift baskets that can be made up,bags and tissue paper if you feel like giving your purchase as a gift. They also have gift cards if you are not quite sure what the recipient would like or would just like to give them something new to try. The staff is very friendly and helpful and will answer your questions about their products. Sometimes you have a wait time, but it is worth the wait. Especially in this heat it is nice to sit some where small and cozy or just to sit inside and enjoy a cool drink and a sandwich instead of a big meal. If you can not finish your sandwich you can ask for a bag to take it with you. You can also order your food to go and eat as you go about the rest of your day. They also have out door seating. They are located between TJ Max and Petco or two stores to the right of Michaels as you look at the front of the store in Grand...
