I love this store. I spend too much in there! The only time I ever felt like an employee wasn't glad to see me, it was actually funny. An older woman was upset because I had to many items to try on in one trip. Another, younger girl relieved her and she said, "ok.... be sure to check the pockets before they go in. They've been stealing stuff by taking it in there in pockets", she had been making eye contact with me the whole time. After she left, her replacement was looking really uncomfortable. I looked at her and asked if she wanted to check my pockets? Then laughed at how weird that was. She put her arm around me laughingly saying, "No! We're good! My gosh!!!" We both laughed as if we knew each other, I'm sure she was glad I was upset. I wasn't upset because of the way she treated me. I think if she had been so rudely accusatory, I'd have not been so eager to try anything on.... but she was very nice and I chalked it up to someone feeling unappreciated, or just old and mean. I don't care really. It's a shame she's employed at a place she seems to be...

Bought snow boots for my daughter for Christmas on Dec 6 2017 and gave them to her on Christmas. She wore them for less than a month and the steel shank came out the side - perforating the boot so it is for sure not waterproof. Had receipt and everything going back to the store for refund or exchange. A manager came out drinking a soda and smoking a cigarette (yes in the store) and told me I'd have to send them back to the manufacture since we had worn them. Isn't that what you do with boots?? It was January 24 so it was past 30 days. Didn't make sense to them that I would buy something before Christmas and start wearing after that so really the shoes were really worn less than 30 days. Not going there again even if they are giving...

Great deals on name brand merchandise but employees don't seem to know whether they carry certain departments without asking. Took three people to figure out they didn't have Maternity clothing. Departments seem to stay consistently messy and despite two weeks passing between trips to this store, the mess was still the same when we shopped there again. Hard to browse departments if no one...
