We were there for Special Olympics. It's a nice size facility, but when there are big events going on it can be difficult (if not impossible) to find a parking space. The track and field are well kept, the bleachers are nice, just make sure you sit on the east side in the morning, or on the west if it's in the afternoon. Unfortunately, the only way you can find out their pet policy is to show up with a pet and be told at the gate, "No pets allowed; its a City Ordinance!" If you look online the only pet related information is available is that they be leashed and pick-up after.
