They welcomed me, rented me a mat, and led a fantastic class that left me feeling much better than when I arrived. Attended a drop in class with friends. The facility is very clean, and staff are friendly and welcoming. Great shower facilities and kind supportive instruction that fit the skill level of myself and friends. We are from out of town, but will be back in the future for sure! Also the drop in pricing is a great value for what you get....

What a great studio I found while visiting GR and missing my usual studio. Larry is a great instructor and so so welcoming. They offer 26x2 and Vinyasa. Studio is large, clean and oh so hot! Loved it. Thank you Larry! I'm looking forward to seeing you next time...
