TRG DUTY FREE — Attraction in Grapevine

This is specifically about "C" Terminal at DFW. DFW is my normal travel hub for international travel. I do this every 2-3 weeks. DF in "C" is almost always closed or understaffed when I go there.

Two weeks ago, the doors were closed at 10:30 AM, a young lady came and opened the store after she made a "delivery". I picked up a bottle of alcohol to take on my trip. She told me she was the only one in the store and couldn't deliver alcohol to the gate and she couldn't give it to me either. There were several others behind me who also wanted to buy alcohol for trips. The came from "D" and had been told DF in "D" couldn't deliver to "C".

These guys need to get their act together and have proper staff-even for the tiny...

Completely ridiculous business practices at the DFW A23 store. I have attempted to shop here many times due to my frequent international departures and have yet been able to purchase anything because they don’t have enough staff to deliver the Duty Free merchandise to the gate, even if it’s just a short 2 minute walk. Why are you even open if you can’t sell anything?? Lol Just close your doors for business if you can’t deliver your product or hire more people!! I would give this place ZERO stars...

Had a wonderful time exploring the store interacting with it’s greatly attentive staff as I searched for certain things I needed while on a looong wait for my flight. I got excellent advise from just about every worker I interacted with whom did an excellent job at advising alternatives for my “scenario.” My deep gratitudes to Gelila for her successful advise as well as Mahder and their awesome manager, Helen. ^_^ Outstanding, welcoming work.
